The fried rice is consistently nasty here. Tastes like it’s a week old every time- dry and bland, tastes like cardboard. It’s truly gross, and it is always like that, not just once or twice. That’s my main complaint here.

Everytime i come here the food portions are different. Today I heard the manager correcting an employee very loudly while a girl gave me my drink and acted walked away to talk to other employees I waited and whole time my food was just sitting on the table? Lol

I ordered through the app and was able to get before the pick up time.it was so much faster and the amount of food is generous portions of proteins and carbs. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The negative reviews seem to contradict my experience. .anyway, I will surely order food again in the future!
Don't belive reviews from 6 months ago sometimes people don't keep a job for more than 3 months. Good portions great attitude and food is fresh not stale. A+ shout out to the guys working 12/12/24 at 3pm

Another panda express prioritizing door dash and uber eats over visiting customers. I shouldnt have to wait 20-25 minutes to get served because youre packing for online orders and handling pickups. Stop letti g them cut the line, they can wait their turn like everyone else or panda should have a seperate staff/line/serving area.

Our most recent experience with panda was not a good one. In their defense, we arrived at the end of their day along with several others due to a power outage. However, everyone who ordered after us received their food before us because they didn't cook vegetables first. We were told it would be three extra minutes, which turned into about 20 extra minutes.
