For a fast food place they sure ain’t fast, and let me say they barely got food.

Edit: came back two days later in the hopes it was a one day occurrence, but NOPE slowest service imaginable I swear they kill the chicken in the back with how long it takes.

I’ve been in over 15 Popeyes in different city’s, this was the number one ranking Popeyes I could say that I’ve experienced. 🏆

Be careful ordering from this place is not the first time I don’t get all my items and the refund process is ridiculous and if you call the store and speak to the manager Rebecca, be ready to speak to a wall, she doesn’t know anything and as a manager her customer service skills are on the floor. Anyway I gave up on this store and even decided to remove the app from my cell, I’ll stick to Pollo Loco, Wing stop or Buffalo Wings instead.

Nice and clean inside, Great service but the chicken wasn't cooked all the way

stay away if you have a brain. to say this location is run badly is an understatement. they had a small amount of chicken ready to go, about 5 cars in the drive-through waiting, Several people waiting inside to order or waiting for their order to be filled. One person to take orders who was unhappy, no personality, no please or thank you. this location is known for this typical scenario, so most of the locals do not go here anymore. it’s obviously a franchise and not a corporate store with apparently an absentee owner. I suggest you read the “lowest “reviews on Google.

Just left a yelp review on the lack of customer service! Food was good the establishment is clean but the workers are rude and need customer service training!

Service was terrible. No hello, our even hi, just “what can I get you” barking orders to the cooks and drive through person. Borderline rude.
I won’t come back to this location.

I drive further to this Popeyes. The other Popeyes like GV, NH always messed up my orders.

Different prices at checkout and Mercedes manager need better customer service, she can't control her temper and voice.

Delicious ? It was my first time at Popeyes and I had a good experience. The service was good, and the food was amazing! I especially loved the crispy chicken and flavorful sides. Highly recommend trying their biscuits and dipping sauces. I'll definitely be coming back soon!

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND any other location. I have normally used the Golden Valley location and always get the classic chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich. Always moist inside and crispy outside as advertised. I order with extra pickles and always get such. My experience here was everything but. The chicken pieces were the smallest and dryest I have ever eaten. Ordered extra pickle and did not receive. The employee at the drive thru looked as though in costume with atrocious black lipstick and makeup. Whoever owns and manages this location truly needs to reconsider their approach to creating a successful business. I don’t expect this place to remain open for another year. STAY AWAY!!

I always come to this store and love it. Never had a poor experience until today. All the polite workers have been replaced. Tonight one of the employees was on break and eating dinner in the dining area. Not like this place is Ruth Chris or Benihanas, but turn your phone volume down. No one needs to hear your conversation. It's rude. Popeye's needs a policy on this. Guess I'll bring my JBL and blast my old man rock.

Chicken is not the same as the restaurants in poorer areas in LA. My issue is with the mobile app. It adds mystery fees that it doesn't explain. I've stopped going because they are ripping customers off.
