I placed an order and for my condiments in order to enjoy my food is extra. I’m surprised they aren’t charging customers for eating there food or getting a straw I wouldn’t mind paying if I asked for extra sauce

The ratings is based on a self serve kiosk service....I'm not at Walmart. !!! The minute I entered I was told to order my meal on the kiosk behind me, really....so while I'm trying to figure it out, a gentleman walks in right up to the counter an orders ???? I finally finish my order which I did wrong and question what just occurred....answer....he is a difficult customer so we always help him. So I make myself difficult and the same counter person says...our Manager gets mad if we take your order at the counter.....so for that reason your establishment is a 3 but I could have given you a 1...on the positive, food is good ...establishment is newer and clean...plenty of parking....

2 time I show up inside the store to replace the order and no customer inside the store and cashier not want to take the order just used the Kiosks . I can't understand u have cashier and 2 register and the register is work already and not busy its simple to help the customer this your job whatever u get paid for

This is the worst Popeyes Chicken. i started ordering at 12:15 in the mobile app and I received it at 12:55. I was waiting around 30 mins in the store. Please refrain from ordering in this store.

Carlos was excellent!! Very friendly, and customer service oriented!!! We have a Popeyes back home... but it's nothing like this one. The spicy chicken tenders were on point, and the temperature was too!! We'll definitely be back!!!

5 stars are for Carlos, he is hard working and always smiling and friendly. It feels like I am visiting a friend and I know if he makes it, it’s gunna b good. I hope Popeyes reads reviews and recognizes they have a great employee.

The automated drive-through is great for Taco Bell's business. Twice now, I've gotten so frustrated with the stupid automated thing not understanding me that I gave up and went to Taco Bell next door. Bummer because I like the chicken at Popeyes. I will not be going back to this location..

For a fast food place they sure ain’t fast, and let me say they barely got food.

Edit: came back two days later in the hopes it was a one day occurrence, but NOPE slowest service imaginable I swear they kill the chicken in the back with how long it takes.
