The ratings is based on a self serve kiosk service....I'm not at Walmart. !!! The minute I entered I was told to order my meal on the kiosk behind me, really....so while I'm trying to figure it out, a gentleman walks in right up to the counter an orders ???? I finally finish my order which I did wrong and question what just occurred....answer....he is a difficult customer so we always help him. So I make myself difficult and the same counter person says...our Manager...
