Very disappointed. To the very dismissive staff, you are very rude and unhelpful. Ordered thru the mobile app and upon arriving they tell me there’s no more chicken so I myself need to cancel the order. I asked for the manager to which they responded she was in the bathroom.. all I wanted was a refund. Staff refused to give me the managers contact information and after 20 minutes of waiting she never appeared. I did not get a store refund. Very disappointing.

Decided to make a quick trip to the mall to buy some items and smelled some good ol Popeyes. I tried to make an order online to get Popeyes special chicken tender deal but for some reason it wasn’t working properly. When I spoke to the young lady(ms Evette) that took my order and she helped me get my deal. My food was good, and service was great! No complaints here.

First time trying this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in the Valencia Town Center mall. I saw on Google that Popeyes has a fish sandwich. So I needed to try it. The fish sandwich was crispy and moist. The texture was perfect, and I ordered it spicy, and it was delicious. I liked the pickles on the sandwich. My time waiting for the fish was 6 minutes. We'll worth the wait. I will definitely return to have this sandwich.

The chicken sandwich is of course, fantastic, however, I’m not a fan of more self checkouts. The staff were nice enough to help out.

Instead of getting 6 full chicken tenders I got a bunch of hard crumbs, small pieces and globs. This is too expensive to hand out this garbage.

Got a large wing combo..Got the chicken, mash potatoes, drink and honey. But no biscuit what was the point of giving me the honey if you didn't put my biscuit in the box??As much as I paid..I shouldn't get shorted...That is not the first time this has happen..But I guarantee it won't happen again..It was my fault for being in a rush and not checking ..smh 👎🏾

Ordered delivery of their wings. Most disgusting ever. Literally all oil and salt.

The worst Popeyes that can logically be created. Rude staff, always out of stock food, upcharges because they want to substitute food because they are out of fries, food sitting prepackaged on shelves ready to be upcharged and sold. I asked for a manager and the rude lady was apparently the manager. I asked for contact info for the corporate or owner or manager above her and was told, go online and figure it out. FYI her name was Gavy or Gaby or something. She had very very bad English speaking skills. Im disgusted how I was treated and my daughter was treated/ At the end, we walked away sick to our stomach because of how greedy. impolite, unprofessional, and horrible a restaurant and a manager can be. I tried contacting Popeyes headquarters and their webpage is no better than Gaby the manager. How can you tell kid, sorry, we are out of fries for the kid's meal, mumble a few items that she can choose from other than fries, literally mumble, then try charging me $2 more because you are out of fries, to sub for mac and cheese that was cold and probably sitting there for a few hours? Just disgusting in every way. Now I know why they are always out of food. We were there a few weeks ago and they were out of chicken. How can they run out of chicken and fries? I thought Popeyes is a chicken place and the only thing they had at that time was chicken nuggets, but the male worker then was very polite and friendly and understanding but todays, oh wow. Shame. I would love to speak to the owner about how their staff is going to put them out of business. On top of everything, she made us wait 5 minutes before she even helped us. Not one person around other than her and another employee standing around and yet, she had no care to help. Almost like they have no care to work, serve, and assist. No wonder why there is no food. They don't want to work.

I was excited to see a Popeyes. Haven't been to one in years. The ghost pepper wings looked good in the picture but hardly had any meat on them. The chicken nuggets were ok. The only good thing were the biscuits.

Go anywhere else if you want to be treated like a human being. Go here if you want to be treated like a second class citizen. I placed an online order using the Popeyes app, when we showed up they said the order didn’t exist. We confirmed the restaurant location the employees where shown the order and the amount paid. They had already charged my debit card for over $70 the employees said they weren’t making it. The employees told me to figure it out for myself, I asked well if you won’t make the food I need a refund I have to feed the family tonight. The employees said that they weren’t helping me and I had to figure it out on my own. The employees were upset that a large order was placed within an hour of closing. I know Popeyes isn’t know for the fastest service but these were the most unprofessional down right lazy employees ever. I had to fine some other way to feed the family of 6. 11JUL23 at 720pm.
