Been here before and I love the fries. Service has fallen off imo. This makes the 3rd time I've come to the Westfield mall, just for Potato Hut fries and NOBODY was there. No "out for lunch" sign, no "Back in 1 hour" sign, just a chair with a box in it. ??♂️

The employee said he didn't have enough fries for a bucket and yet when he opened the side fridge he had like 3 full bags of cold fries. He was just being lazy.

Wow. No words for this restaurant. One fine misty Sunday morning I had made the lovely mistake of wandering my way into the Valencia Westfield mall. I was just about to take my leave and venture off into the vast world of Santa Clarita when out of the corner of my eye I noticed this delightfully decorated kiosk with large letters spelling out POTATO HUT. There was a very nice young man attending the stand, and I carefully made my way up to him. I ordered the large fries for seven dollars, which I immediately regretted, thinking I had paid too much, until I got my fries; delectable. Delightful. Amazing. Perfectly seasoned. My compliments to the chef. Will be returning again! 2/10

I had a great time at this potato hut. There was a very nice young man for how me my fries. The large was about $7 which at first I thought was a lot for fries. Until he gave me a grocery bag full of amazing flavourful frents fries!! 11/10 definitely go for a late night craving or a mid-day snack!!!xoxo-- your favorite frie reviewer,hannah?

Staff was friendly. But I don't think I got value for how much I spent. With a name like this you'd expect fresh cut potatoes. It's all frozen stuff and the wings weren't good either. Couldn't finish my food.
