I went in to get a soft-serve. I was nicely greeted, and placed an order. The cashier then preceeded to fill an order for a customer that came in before me. Then a woman customer came in and placed a few orders (apparentlyfor delivery), and the orders were filled while I was waiting, and waiting. She had many separate orders. He should have asked her to wait 2 minutes and fill my order. After 20 minutes of waiting I enquired about my order, and the man was still with that customer. I requested a cancelation of my order, and he went to talk to his manager. It took another 10 minutes for her to come out and process my cancelation. This whole experience reeked of unproffesionalism.

Way over priced! It's soft serve ice cream and barley any in the cup. At first look, it seems good but less then 1/2in of acai.. the mango is really under ripe it's green and that's the inside. Can't believe you charge $12 for this. Go around the corner to Ubatuba.

Who ever was working your Sunday morning shift was so rude for no reason walked in and of the bat was in a pist of mood. It's only 10:28am I'm confused 🤔 or maybe she was stereotyping. Apparently she didn't know what she was selling. Worst customer service!

My experience at the Valencia location was exceptional. Pressed Juicery continues to deliver on its promise of providing fresh, healthy juices, shakes, and health boosters. Their menu has expanded to include nutritious mixed fruit bowls with delicious frozen toppings like acai, catering to a variety of dietary preferences and tastes and health benefits. A notable advantage is their bulk discount; purchasing more than five items at once significantly reduces the cost, making it both a healthy and economical choice.
The Valencia store maintained the high standards I've come to expect from Pressed Juicery. It was impeccably clean, neat, and well-organized, reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

I had the banana chocolate protein smoothie and their vanilla chip freeze Sunday. Both were delicious. I love that everything they have is vegan and there's lots of healthy options.

Again I wished I would have taken a picture of that drink It was so good. It had the little bobas in them which were amazing It was fruity and juicy not too sweet. I felt it was super healthy. And the guy that made him did a great job super fresh. And giant straws that can suck up the boba. They kind of remind me of a starchy tapioca ball. Very good I highly recommend give it a shot. He had some samples and he had a peanut butter one that was delicious also.
