Sorry not the best experience here. Although you they received great service, and the restaurant is well put together... I was very hopeful, main concern, small portions, pricey, and too salty. Yikes!! Sadly, we will not be coming back here.

Greeted with smiles when we walked in the door. Bernard greeted us at our table and never stopped with his excellent service. I didn't have to ask for anything, he was always 2 steps ahead. I order the crab feast Bairdi crab (Like snow crab but larger and meatier) . I have been over all the bagged seafood boils that have 0 flavor so this was such a treat to have seafood boil flavor in the boil and only garlic butter on top. It was cooked perfectly to where 1 Crack pulled the meat in 1 pull! So very happy!!

Our server was Milageos and if we could, we'd give her 15 stars. Excellent food and ambiance, however the level of service we received from Milagros was outstanding. We hope to return when she is working. 💯👍

We frequent your Santa Clarita location monthly and the service we get from Darrin, and Bernard ( which was tonight), is first class. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, Bernard was able to tell us every nuance of Crabfest, including how the three crab pasta dishes differentiate. He anticipated our every need ( more biscuits, butter, clean utensils for dessert, etc). Especially notable to the restaurant, he suggestive sold side salads, two crabfest entrees, desserts and refills of alcoholic drinks. I could overhear his conversations with other tables and he made honest human connections with them as well. (Can you tell I’m a 42 year veteran in sales /customer service myself, and I know excellence when I see, and experience it, and both Darrin and Bernard are top shelf, both in providing service and boosting per guest dollars as well. Please recognize them both for their excellence at your next meeting (and hopefully with a more tangible reward as well).

half hour after opening had to wait to be seated 15 minutes - understaffed!!!
Claim chowder was like paste- lobster brisk was tasteless, breaded shrimp were the size off a quarter but luncheon price was as expensive as dinner price.
Very disappointed will not go back.
