We ordered from this location a week ago and everything was how we were used to this place being. Tonight we ordered and it was completely different which was very frustrating. After years of us being customers, they stopped including the pita bread with your meal/salad??? THEN the salad has ALWAYS been lettuce, onions, tomato slices, cucumber, and your choice of protein, but tonight, that wasn't the case. All of a sudden it has feta cheese, grapes, and walnuts on the salad. As I said earlier, we ordered the same meal a week ago and it was not like this at all. The least they could have done was told us when we ordered that the menu had changed. So frustrating. Not sure if we will return to this location anymore. The lack of communication of the menu change has me concerned for those with nut allergies.
The workers are ALWAYS so kind and are always so welcoming. Their food is also the most delicious thing ever and NEVER disappointing definitely my favorite location!!

For the past month every time we order it is either wrong or missing and the last week I ordered twice and they forgot to prepare my order when you go to pick up order they are not friendly you don’t feel comfortable picking up your food again today 9/29 I try to call to place an order I was put on hold for 20 min I basically went to the place to get a whole chicken and I told the lady who put me on hold to hang up it is very bad service no customer service the employee gave attitude it is becoming very bad

It was very hot inside this restaurant located on Copperhill. The owner is so cheap to turn on the AC. The young lady at the counter said it’s on but we know it’s not. We had to go out to find a place to eat outside. We hope NO ONE supports this restaurant until the owner realizes he needs to provide a cooler temperature inside, especially now that it’s summer. NOT recommending this restaurant. There are other Sam’s Flaming Grill in Santa Clarita. Go to the other ones instead.

I think the food is delicious? the meat is flavorful. I really like the way they cook their rice too! The guy that takes your order is very nice always smiling when he greets you.
I came here for lunch on a Friday. Food is okay. My big negative is the service is too slow, especially for lunch time. I doubt I will back to this place.

Good place for lunch, a bit slower but the food is delicious. Their kitchen did catch on fire recently so they can’t prepare everything for some time. Much better than the Vietnamese place next door that made me sick.
