I have had NOTHING But Excellent service from this company. I have been a customer for over 3 years, and have never had 1 issue. I am a business owner, and have a wholesale account. I depend on the product arriving on time and the order being correct, and they've never disappointed. I'm not sure why the star rating is so low, but from my experience, nothing but excellence.
