This place is horrible! The two service reps working the morning shift on 3/3 were incompetent. Their customer service skills were a -10, they didn't acknowledge me when I walked up, and were mute throughout the transaction. Please help these two youngsters.

We Popped into Vons this morning picked up a few things. As we were on our way out I decided to grab a coffee at the Starbucks there, I was greeted by a very happy barista by the name of Ashley! She has a super positive vibes and was just such a pleasure to talk to! I did get a fall favorite: Pumpkin Spice Latte made with almond milk. Ashley was sweet she asked if I wanted the whip cream and as I declined I was sure to thank her as I am lactose intolerant and anything dairy is a nightmare! Thanks again Ashley for giving exceptional customer service! I very much appreciate your kindness. Please take this time to recognize greatness! Ashley is simply wonderful! It's the personal touch from Ashley that makes the getting your coffee in that much more enjoyable!

I went to this Starbucks this morning around 9 to get ice brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. The Barusta fill 3/4 of the cup with 1/2 cup of ice & 1/4 of coffee. The coffee taste different from usual. Horrible taste. I will never come bck. The staff, the lady was not friendly.

What can I say it's a Starbucks they're all about exactly the same the people are very nice it's convenient they're friendly and quick working and like I said I'll say it again it's a Starbucks you can't go wrong
