I've never ordered from this Starbucks, we usually stop at the gas station, next to it, to use the restroom. The store is clean as the restroom as well!

It's soon to be new years and my wife and I had the best experience at this location with Jocelyn. Very proper conversation and we shared interesting things to do for new years eve and she seemed very genuine... Just thought we appreciate her gesture by posting this positive review while she and her team were working on the new years eve and still providing great service. Happy 2026

Complete hole in the wall ! Customers aren't allowed inside the building anymore and nobody seems to know why. No seating no patio no restrooms no lobby nothing beyond a dinky drive thru and walk up window. Even food trucks offer outdoor seating. This location is pathetically lacking accommodations

This is a message to the owner.
My family and I are pass holders to Disneyland. This Starbucks is our halfway point stop. Usually the service is great and the people are great but on 7/20 in the early evening on our way home we did our usual stop and the young lady that helped us was just completely rude and out of line. This does not mean that we will not continue to stop at your store but if we do stop and this individual attempts to help us we will just leave and not do our usual purchases. All I did is come back and ask for a cup of ice. Nothing more. When I return to my vehicle noticeably upset my daughter asked me what happened and I explained to her. She then told me that that same young lady had been rude to her and my wife during our initial purchase. I do not intend to change my rating unless this type of service continues.

Place was renovated a few months back, so it's like new now. Drive thru is still a bit of a pain to get into during busy times of day (not Starbucks fault, just the way the strip mall is arranged).
Easier to order online and pickup now IMO.

I highly doubt I’ll be visiting this Starbucks again. One employee has consistently been unwelcoming and unfriendly (Taylor)! Whenever I visit while she’s on shift, my drinks are often made incorrectly, even though they have a label detailing my preferences. To top it off she gets upset that I have to tell her to remake it because she continues to make mistakes. When I finally decided to bring it to her attention as to why this keeps happening, she rudely responded, “If you don’t like it, you can go somewhere else.” Unfortunately, this is the most convenient Starbucks for me. Since she started working there, my drinks have been poorly made, and the atmosphere has become less inviting, not to mention my mobile orders are never ready when I arrive. Apparently she’s the manager! Doesn’t deserve that position. She looks like she hates her job! We need Joel back and the rest of the crew! The prior employees were always kind and actually took the time to inquire about my day. I contacted Starbucks, but I highly doubt these issues will get addressed.

Truly the loveliest drive through customer service experience with Marcie. She was kind enough to cover for teammates who were concerned about their homes during the fires. This location also offered complementary beverages to first responders.

I will definitely be back to this Starbucks.
I ordered 15 drinks for my staff and when I go to other Starbucks I get a lot of looks that make me feel guilty for treating my staff, as if I’m creating to much work for them.
But Lena went above and beyond. She took her time and made sure every drink had a sticker to ensure non of it would spill in my car. She then went out of her way to find a box to make transporting easier for me.
I treat my staff about once a month and I will definitely be back to this location because they’ve created a safe space for me where I don’t feel judge for ordering “to much.”
