Stuff at this location is unprofessional and unfriendly, and not following basic hygiene rules The matcha strata definitely should not look like the pictures below: just a tasteless green water, with unblended matcha clumps, barely pink substance on top, no taste, no sweetness, nothing. My husbands mocha frapp tasted like matcha for some reason. Maybe two ladies should spend less time chatting, wash utensils properly, and follow recipe ratios. Also it would be nice to wash your hands when customers are watching and you are returning with empty trash bin in your hands, Absolutely discussing. Will never ever shop at this location,

They keep their espresso machine clean and calibrated, better than any of the other Starbucks around! Also try their “Fun Foam” if you want something sweet!

Just know they charge more than a regular Starbucks. Just paid a grande price for a tall. The employee says it's because it's inside Ralph's. Wish I knew before I ordered.

Order a coffee in the next largest cup do you don't have to ask for room or dump any. Example: "I'll have a Tall Pike in a Grande cup." Etc.
