Normally I am happy with the service at this Starbucks but most recently, the customer service has been very bad. I walk in the morning and the barrista has been diverted to helping out the retail clerks with the clearing of the floor of stock. With that, it takes away from the barrista's primary responsibility of making the coffee. Hopefully, Ralphs management can resolve this issue because there's a noticeable unhappiness with a few employees.

Messed up my order got an extra shot and didn't get it also ordered a grande and got a tall. The employee was the only one there and she told me she was new so I wasn't going to get upset with her for doing her best at a new job!! Why was she left alone if she clearly did not know how to the job?? My order was messed up and I didn't get close to what I paid for. Also someone else was waiting in line the whole time and she didn't even greet him or say be right with you.

They keep their espresso machine clean and calibrated, better than any of the other Starbucks around! Also try their “Fun Foam” if you want something sweet!

Just know they charge more than a regular Starbucks. Just paid a grande price for a tall. The employee says it's because it's inside Ralph's. Wish I knew before I ordered.

Giving this a two star only because the poor worker was the only one making drinks. This is my first review and I'm only doing it because I'm annoyed af right now. I did a mobile order that way it would be done from the time I got there. I drove from new hall all the way here in the span of 15 mins and I walk in there and it was not done. No big deal as I saw it was a little busy and only one person making the drinks. Then everyone left and I was still waiting there with no drinks. To sum it up whoever was in that jacket which I assume was the manager needs to be replaced because instead of helping the one person make the drinks he was complaining about having to shut down mobile orders . It TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR 2 DRINKS. That is unacceptable, again it was just me in there for 10 minutes after everyone left. Never going to this location again.

I was probably the first customer of the morning and got my usual plain ice coffee. After I drove away I took a sip and immediate got the taste of rotten milk. I dont know how that happened because there was no milk in my drink but it was undrinkable.

This Starbucks by far is the best one in Valencia. (It doesn't have a drive thru, but who cares we could all use the exercise) The employees are so extra beyond courteous and super nice. It's extremely clean, (which is a plus for me especially the restrooms) You can enjoy coffee or a refreshing ice tea outside in their quant sitting area with the relaxing sound of the waterfall. (Wells Fargo and Ralphs right next door if you need more $ or want to pick up dinner items) Love this Starbucks!
This is the location inside the Ralph's. They make most drinks and menu items but don't carry all the usual food items and sandwiches. Drinks here are made on par with a regular Starbucks, like the one 3 doors down. Usually there are 2 baristas so waiting isn't really an issue. It is placed in the store right when you walk in the doors and next to the coffee aisle so you can pick up some k cups of Starbucks easily. Lots of cups and mugs on shelves you can't miss. You should have no problem finding a Starbucks while shopping in this shopping center with the 2 Starbucks at this location.
