Had one of the best coffee shop experiences with the barista. His name was AIDEN. Such a homie. He had longer hair and he was the kindest barista ever. I came in to use the restroom and then decided to order, and he interacted and kindly took my order making me feel like a friend farther than just a customer. I forgot to order dairy-free and he exchanged the cup, AND got me a bigger size for no charge. He interacted, was kind, and super friendly. We then went back through drive through to get a drink and he once again was so kind to give us our drink on the house. He seems like a great guy with lots of gratitude and made me have one of best experiences ever at a coffee shop. Bless him, I hope he gets a raise, succeeds in life and wish this store all the best and lots of success! It was more than just a free drink, it was the genuine kindness, positivity, and happiness that he had. Great experience!

I stopped by this Starbucks inside Target today while picking up my order. My wife wanted her iced chai latte so I got it for her. The guy taking my order was very friendly and put light ice on the cup when I asked for it. It didn't take long for them to make the drink, basically when I ordered it the other lady barista was making it. She put light ice like I asked and my wife loved her drink.

First of all like two of the baristas were rude the guy he was blonde or like light brown hair, took my order, and draw this all over the cup? Like he was playing around not even doing his job, and I asked for light ice and the girl added extra ice and when I said I wanted light and he said “that is light ice” like he was trying to argue with me or something so I ignored it and the girl that put extra ice I told her and she did it with no problem, very weird and unfriendly guy that was

It’s a great story! Beautiful story! My forgotten purse in this Starbucks was delivered to me the next day 700 km away, and everything was in it including money! With my partner, we stopped for coffee at this Starbucks. 400 km away, I realized that I had forgotten my purse there. We called the manager Mr Jeff (C K) who reassured us that the purse was in his shop, and that everything was there. Jeff was kind enough to have my purse delivered to San Francisco by FedEx. Less than 24 hours later, I received my purse with everything inside, including money. I want to thank this Mr. who took his time off to drop off my purse and have it delivered by FedEx. People like him who have a sense of responsibility and customer service are rare. I think Starbucks is very lucky to have Mr. Jeff among its employees
Paola & the team are seriously the best Starbucks customer service specialists I’ve ever encountered and we’re pretty hardcore Starbucks fans so we’ve been around. This is however the first time I’ve ever reviewed a Starbucks but the service was just that good. Such good vibes and great personalities.
