I always recommend Starbucks! I ordered ahead and man, this place was packed - but it was red cup day if you ordered a holiday specialty drink. Nevertheless, even though I had to wait, I'll come to Starbucks again and again for the convenience.

FOLKS, LOOK INTO THE CUPS BEFORE DRINKING.This place is not very careful or sanitary with the cups they use. I got a cup of ice water and found a piece of something that was an inch long and thin what appeared to be either piece of food particle, plastic or paper in tan color floating at the bottom of the cup. I realize that debris can enter the cups at times but regardless they need to inspect before pouring drink in them. Because of this experience, I WILL NOT trust this place for any drink they sell from now on.LOOK INTO YOUR CUPS AFTER ORDERING, LATTE, WATER, ETC... DO NOT ASSUME THEY KEEP THEIR CUPS CLEAN. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC... I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Never thought I would be doing a yelp review for a Starbucks location, but this couldn't be helped. Just want to say that this is seriously the friendliest staff I've ever seen at a cafe. Even my 8 year old was impressed and said to me "Wow--they seem like they really like their jobs". Not sure if that's the reasoning behind how nice and outgoing they are, but as business owner---those are the kind of folks you want representing your company. Upbeat, helpful in suggesting options, quick to "make it right" and smiles all around. I can't even imagine maintaining that attitude with kids screaming left and right, grumpy Target customers already mad that they spent $300 instead of just buying that one item, and just plain rude people. Somehow they pulled it off! I hope this place is recognized as a gem amongst the other locations.

I have ordered a grill cheese from this Starbucks several times and for some reason it is never cooked all the way. The bread is always soft, no crunch/crisp to it at all. The cheese is not even warm inside. Will not be going to this starbucks anymore.

Wish I can give a 0 star I told the guy for plant based milk and he said oh oops and didn’t even wash the blender for more than a second and I’m like bro I can’t have milk and he then gets moody and slams it shut and gets a new one and makes it . Just cause ur having a bad day doesn’t mean u put it on others like made my whole day awful . I work with food business and this is just sad .

Came on a cold evening and although they were out of a few items, I really appreciated the very kind staff the initiative to inform me of that prior to ordering! I come to the Starbucks almost every day and they never disappoint!
We went to this specific location for a good while because of how fantastic it was. It isn't now. Our drinks are wrong 8/10 times. There are long wait times as well. There is a young man that works here a lot that is so rude it blows my mind. It's too bad because it was such a great store and a good location when popping in the five.
