They make drinks thee best at this location! My only complaint is their stanky attitude. Mostly everyone here looks miserable. Especially the Indian manager that was at the drive through .

This Starbucks is in an excellent location the staff is very personable and they always serve with a smile. I believe if we treated everyone the way we would want to be treated with respect and kindness we would all be a lot happier and our day more meaningful. Starbucks employees keep doing what you do best making everyone's day a little brighter!

There is no mobile order at this location, so disregard Lala's comment as licensed stores sell different items than stand alone Starbucks. (No agave, oatmeal, lunch items, etc. At this location) The staff is always friendly. I see how they make connections/bonds with customers and it's always great to see the baristas having fun with each other as well. They always go above and beyond even when they are understaffed as well. I think as customers we need to realize that people make mistakes, and it's okay! We should never treat workers with disrespect as I've seen happen here many times. Please be nice to all service workers as they deserve respect just as you do too.

Staff was wearing masks and were very kind. Got my order right. Their glasses were clean when I went there, I made sure of it by watching the batista closely because having a clean glass is important to me. Sold me a limited edition collectors cup. Enjoyed my grande pumpkin spice cold brew with a warm slice of banana nut bread on my way back home from grocery shopping.

Very disappointing. I understand that sometimes we are given the wrong drink or food item by mistake. However for the past 3 weeks every single time I've been to this Starbucks, they've gotten one thing wrong with my order. I've brushed it off every time but this is getting ridiculous at this point. Today for instance we ordered through the mobile app, a blueberry oatmeal with 2 packets of agave. What did we get? Oatmeal with brown sugar & raisins. If I wanted that I would've ordered it. The staff are all very sweet but they're definitely too lazy to read the label &/or make sure they're giving you the correct item. CHECK YOUR FOOD ITEMS BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Very sad.

This is so sad. This is a clean, friendly Starbucks but what bothered me is the barista took a dirty glass with whipped cream and other stuff in it and tossed it out and did not even rinse it out but took it to use for my drink. I told him and he said oh sorry but never gave me a new drink. I won't go back to this one because I no longer trust them. What he did was very unsafe and unsanitary. There is no excuse for what he did and needs to be retrained.

They close the side doors because they have a smaller staff at night and can't stop shoplifters as easily.

I hate it when they lock all the other entrance doors except one and keep all the carts in the closed area. Why lock any doors when you're still open?!?
