I've ordered 3 times and they've royally screwed up my order each time. What's worse is that it's clearly the employees just messing with me. To give an example of how one of my orders turned out, I ordered a normal italian and it came with meatballs instead of deli meat. Not meatballs with deli meat. Literally just veggies and meatballs.

This location does not accept coupons but they do not advertise it with a posted sign like they are supposed to. Other franchisee locations do exactly that. I waited in a ling line prominently displaying culinary sheet entire time ... no one said anything until check out.

You Thought

Got in line 15 minutes before they closed and waited for 5 minutes until the worker told me he was too busy and would not be able to close if he took my order. There was one other person in line at that point and he had 10

We had a coupon for one footlong free with purchase of another footong plus a drink. It's a good deal. Some outlets let you have footlongs on the coupon that others don't. Not consistent. I like this company because they have a good selections of veg topings and sauces to put on your footlong. This particular location has little seating.

I wondered why it's been so long since I've been to subway and now I know. The sandwiches have gotten wayyyy smaller. And there was also not very much meat on it at all. And then when I saw the total on the screen I was dumbfounded. I can not believe it was almost 13$‍. That's crazy. Also I wouldn't make it a combo... I was just gonna get chips which was a small bag for 1.80 and I ended up saying yea when she said you want to make it a combo and that was a total of 3.70$. That means the drink was about $2. Way overpriced for a drink. Isn't the combo supposed to cheaper? Nope. For what I got for almost $13 I will not go and get again. I will say the garlic chicken sandwich wasn't bad tasting but worth the price? Nope.

I skimmed the reviews of this Subway outlet with interest. I don't know why these people had the reactions to their experiences that they did, but mine has been completely the opposite.I say in my profile that my number one requirement when eating outside my home is that things be clean, delicious, and reasonably priced. Anything other than that is de minimis for me. Fancy or simple, cheap or costly, elegant or rustic, I only care about those three factors. This Subway checks those three boxes. We have been frequenting this particular franchise for 23 years (along with one in Valencia that we loved, which is closed now). We have never had a disappointing experience.I've never ordered our items online, maybe that would be a problem. I don't go in there 5 minutes before closing time. I don't expect the staff to do anything special for me, yet they often do. Making a sandwich, even a formulaic one, is both an art and a science. This group, especially the gal that we typically seek out (I will add her name here, later), does go out of their way to do exactly what we ask, every single time. She takes care to make what could be a pedestrian sandwich, a nice and nutritious meal.Let's just review what you can get at a good Subway: your choice of bread, sauces and dressings, vegetables, proteins, cheeses, seasonings including various types of peppers. You can ask for the bread to be toasted or the entire sandwich to be "melted". There are chips and cookies and beverages. You can eat it there (limited, but possible) or take it out. They prepare it in minutes. They are professional, efficient, polite and sometimes -- when not harried -- cheerful and friendly. It is a polished operation based on an established winning formula. Heck, people can even use Subway fare to lose weight! What more do you want? I don't go there to simulate dining on the Riviera. I go there to get a clean, tasty, filling, healthy sandwich.Q.E.D!

Turkey, meatball, tuna sandwiches, all 3 great. I've had maybe three or four different people make them for me and they've all done a great job. They don't rush you, they're friendly enough, and they make a good sandwich. I've come here 9 months now. A foot-long for under seven dollars with a coupon, can't complain. Good eats.

I placed an online order for my husband to go pick up. Husband comes back home irritated telling me he saw the girl really busy with other customers and to not bother her he just grabbed his order which was available for ANYBODY to just grab and go. As he is approaching his car she comes out and yells at him that he had to check with her first and he can't just grab and go that she likes to double check her order (keep that in mind) he nodded his head and left. As we are opening our sandwiches we noticed multiple veggies missing. I thought she said she liked to double check her orders? My husband calls subway and informs them that our sandwiches were made incorrectly and that the girl was rude. Well the girl is on the phone and stays quiet and finally says "what do want me to do about it?" In an attitude. My husband asks for the manager and conveniently she said that the manager isn't available that they are out on vacation. Worse customer service ever. We filed a report with corporate and I will never go to this subway again. I rather drive elsewhere or to jersey mikes or firehouse subs. She can shove this sandwiches up her a**.
