I was excited to use a discount coupon mailed to our home. I ordered the sandwiches and tried to use the coupon but this place does not accept any coupons. Sadly, I was confused and realized that we should ask before ordering if we want to use our coupon.

After eating some of my footlong sandwich i noticed a red liquid which appeared like blood I told the worker and she called the manager who’s not at the restaurant by the way and the manager said there’s no blood in the store they refused to give me a refund even though blood seems to be on my sandwich due to eating some the sandwich even after I told her I checked my mouth and fingers which she responded by saying “maybe you should get your mouth checkout somewhere” I felt disrespected and disgusted do not eat here

Usually dont leave reviews. This place just plain out pissed me off. Lady made my sandwich so sloppy. When adding sauce she was very inconsistent , sloppy and skimpy. Same with adding veggies it was embarrassing adding 3 pieces of tomatos to a foot long subway. Same with cucumbers. I had to repeatedly ask to add more. Lady doesnt know how to make a sandwich. Upon opening sandwhich to eat all my contents fell out lol. Its so dissatisfying to have people like this working. If i was the owner id fire her on the spot.
The food was ok compared to other restaurants. However, the lady that was getting my order was super rude. When I wanted to scan my code in order to get some points for the subway app. She moved her hands as if bothered and when I couldn't get it right she pushed my phone to scan (without my permission) and then said "it has nothing. It has nothing. Use your card" I had told her before that it was for points. Then I put my card in the rectangle box for my transaction, and the girl didint even push the bottom for the transaction to proceed and kept waiting as if bothered by my presence and told me to push my card. Nothing appeared in the square, however after 4 times the transaction was complete. Yet, she had the worst attitude as she tossed my food in the bag like garbage and pushed it for me to carry like she was doing me a favor. What an awful person she truly deserves to be fired. From the many reviews I could see that many people are talking about the same girl I'm talking about.Physical Descirption:The girl had a tatto that seem brownish on one of her hands and wore a mask, she was short and her skin was brownish. She was also extremely rude and had a massive attitude. I have never felt so disrespected by a fast food worker.My order was at 16:19:39 07/24/2023
