Guy working drive thru on 12/17 pm shift was high as a kite. Forgot half my food , no sauce, no napkins, no sense of service. Y’all hiring the wrong people, do better even if y’all making minimum, a job is a job. Do better.

I really wanted to work here, however the hiring process was so egregious that I came in for 4 entire interviews and was never reached out to. All I wanted was an answer, hired or not. Rodrigo, the main manager of this Taco Bell, told me that he’d be the one to interview me for the fourth time. I was expecting this to be a simple process considering how many times I’ve gone in and they’ve simply “forgotten” to reach out, however I was met with the ‘Area Manager’ who I’ve never met at all. If I’d known I would’ve been speaking to someone else I would’ve brought my resume like I did the past three times, but instead I ended up looking unprepared and unprofessional. I’d really like to speak to the actual owner about this situation, so that I may forward my frustrations about the staff (Particularly Rodrigo) at this location. This is just totally unacceptable for companies looking for new hires.

Had Gordita Crunch Taco and a burrito, they have amazing prices and the food tastes good. Plus, as a fast food place I think it’s way healthier than the others, I’m so happy to have had this as dinner.♥️
Store hours are a lie. Closes when they want. Never open until 2 on Friday and Saturday. I have come at 1:30 to be told they are closed on multiple occasions. I'm so done trying to give them my business.
