I love the inviting intimate space. Of course the cheesecake options are endless. You can go 50 times or more and never eat the same dish. Each is so delicious. The wheat bread is amazing

The three hostess were very inconsiderate towards the guests temporarily physical disability. They had no compassion or general sense or respect towards their guests…

The food is terrible! I have been ordering Crusted Chicken Romano for 20 years. I ordered it last weekend and it was nothing like the dish I knew and loved for so many years. Gone is the crispy cheesy crust on the chicken, it has been replaced with a dry chicken breast and no delicious crust. The pasta was so salty, it was inedible. The Cheesecake Factory is going to have to rely on selling a lot of Cheesecake to get out of their financial woes. What a disappointment!

Took my wife for a lunch date and the Host passed us up 2 times. Ss I confronted the host and she said that she wasn't thinking,apologized for the misunderstanding so I called the Manager. Terrible just Terrible feeling and so embarrassing

There was a cockroach so we left but the service was fine

We were celebrating my nephews birthday 🎂 and told the waiter and he gave me 2 options a single dessert 🍨 which everyone does or a cake at full price. I said the single dessert 🍨. I had celebrated my day a few months ago in a different cheesecake but in Glendale and I got a slice of cheesecake. For him they gave him a tiny pudding 🍮 and didn't even sing. When asked about the singing the said they dont sing anymore. He also mentioned they removed about 40 items from the menu.

Celebrated a birthday within the group. They accommodated our party of 6 fairly easily after a short wait.

I forgot how large the menu was. Everyone was happy with their meals and no one left hungry.

Ps, if you’re lucky, you can park right in front of the restaurant. Otherwise, there’s the lot on the north side of the mall or the parking structure behind the Cheesecake Factory.

Both our orders got messed up, but they made things right. Will visit again because of this.

Had a great drink, a wonderful appetizer, and my salad came out soggy. Sad it ended on a flop.

The Salmon was not well-done and raw from inside. I was really shocked that they took the plate heated it and returned it back. I believe a professional restaurant should replace the whole meal instead.

There always great and every year they give me a free cheesecake for my birthday so yes they are the best

Clean and nice inside. Stuffed mushrooms were small and not worth the money. The stake was good. The cheesecake was ok. Not as good as we thought it would be. Disappointed.

Came in celebrating a special night, hoping to have a nice meal. Service was amazing, very nice lady, but the food was very very salty. And not only my food. Many people from my party also stated it was salty. Cmon chef.

Overpriced, mediocre food with a dark atmosphere took over 2 hours to dine here due to slow service. Paid 45 dollars for a tiny overcooked under seasoned ribeye with pretty much raw green beans on the side.
