My wife and I stopped by this Coffee Beans before heading home. She wanted her Jasmine Peach Tea. This is the first Coffee Beans that I saw had a drive thru. When we came they were not busy at all. There was only one car in the drive thru.

They made my wife drink quick and she drank it in the parking lot since I went to another place nearby to get my drink.

Burnt food, bad service & inconsistent drink .. came here a twice thinking it’ll be better, this last time Anthony V was in the window laughing & talking before he approached the window to take our payment.. handed us the burn food but I drove off & was already on the freeway before realizing it. He drink tasted like it was heavier in milk than coffee, last time it was a richer color this time very pale.. overall just disappointed

I’d like to compliment Reena for her excellent customer service at Coffee Bean. She greeted me with a smile, was very attentive, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Her professional attitude created such a welcoming experience. Employees like her make a huge difference, and I truly appreciated her help.

I would not go to this location. Horrible experience and it's not the first time. I ordered a drink via app for my daughter and I. The order was supposed to be ready at 1:06. At 1:19 I asked how much longer until my order is ready because I had to go. Mind you 10 minutes earlier I had stood there for 3 minutes without being agknowledge and had to catch the attention of barista to see how long until my order was ready and they said that they had not started it. I asked for an ice to be added to my order. I eventually asked for the manager. All she did was apologize and didn't really seem to know what to do. I asked for my money back and she couldn't even give that back to me I had to leave without my drinks and without being refunded in that moment. It's crazy that companies like this get away with this kind of customer service.

Way overpriced. Large latte came out to more than 10$ because I asked for non-dairy milk, extra syrup and foam. The coffee is very mid. Cold foam tasted like dry milk

I Love CBTL!!!!!
I stop here at least 5 times a week if not more and usually place my order at the drive- thru for the convenience of it. I always know when Val is working because the line tends to move more quickly and efficiently. Val in my opinion is the BEST for the drive- thru because she gets it done and can be pleasant at the same time.

This sofa looks quite soft. I sat down with my buttocks and my coccyx was directly pierced by the hidden hard iron column! I tried it and every sofa pierced my buttocks! Okay, you guys can treat it this way, it works.
