After visiting this place and seeing how things are handled behind the counter, I completely stopped coming here.

The same employees handle the cash register, work in the kitchen, clear trays, touch money, then immediately touch food with bare hands. I saw no hand washing in between, no gloves, and people wiping their hands on their clothes. Surfaces were wiped with visibly dirty rags. Overall, the atmosphere felt extremely unsanitary.

What made it even worse is that this is clearly a chain, and I’ve been to other locations of the same brand where everything looked completely different: separate staff for different tasks, clean counters, proper hygiene, and well-organized work. That only highlights how unacceptable the standards are at this specific restaurant.

This is by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in terms of cleanliness and food handling. I honestly didn’t think it was possible for kitchen hygiene to be this bad.

I would strongly advise avoiding this location.

Busy mall eatery, walk-up style. There are plenty of options. The salmon bowl was really good, but most of it is rice. Everyone else in our party seemed to enjoy their meals.

It was just ok. Meat was kind of dry and fries did not taste all that good. For a burger to be 9 75. I expected it to be better. Might as well go to in n out.

Tasty food with large portions. Even has several beer taps with a varied selection of brews available.
The sweet potato waffle fries are delicious. The sweet chili aioli sauce goes very well with them. The chocolate shake was a huge hit with the kids and mom. The chicken is actually a chicken breast and not ground meat. Quite tasty. The turkey burger is delicious the beer is chose was the Stand IPA. Very good choice.

The food is great and the extra toppings on sandwiches and burgers go so good together. My favorite snack are the homemade potato chips with all the different dips.

The Stand serves up some comfort food, nostalgic of a good ol burger, shake, and fries but with modern offerings to health conscious eaters as well. There's something for the whole family.

All the sides we had were delicious - Mac n Cheese with its cavatappi noodles, crispy Stand Fries, Fire Fries with a spicy kick, and unlimited complimentary pickles.

Short Rib Gilled Cheese was SO delicious! Crispy cheese grilled into the bread on the outside, gooey and melty inside, paired with savory shredded short rib. It came with ranch sauce but was so good on its own, it didn't need extra sauce.

French Onion Soup Burger was just ok in my opinion. The burger itself and patty didn't have much flavor. The side of french onion au jus just tasted really salty.

Puri Puri Chicken Bowl looked great on the menu screen and was a new item, but didn't really look like the picture when brought out. It's a healthier option and was refreshing. The red sauce is pretty spicy if you don't do heat well. It might be the same sauce used on the Fire Fries.

The cashier, Christian, provided top notch customer service. He walked us through downloading The Stand app, apply our coupon, and was so patient, assuring us we had nothing to worry about when we said we didn't want to hold up the line. Aside from Christian though, the kitchen is extremely slow and it took a really long time to get our food. Be prepared to wait 20-30 mins for your food.

The ambiance is real casual. You order first, and the servers bring out your food and clean up afterwards. Although they seemed short staffed at the time so a lot of tables were still full of trays. There's a ton of TVs that were playing the game at the time, so good spot to watch the game without the crazy crowds.

I love the variety of food here. I gave my food a 4 because the salad could be bigger. The atmosphere could be a bit more comfy.

It was my first time here and the food was good. I ordered the Stand burger and a side of fries. I went during lunch time and there was parking available on a Friday. The ambiance was vibrant as well.
