These popped up randomly as a suggested item on Amazon, and I am So glad they did. These little cakes are absolutely delicious! I got the two packs, one blueberry and one currant, and I absolutely intend to buy more. Light, slightly crumbly, with just a hint of sweetness. I recommend these highly.

Welsh cakes and Scotch eggs. Who’d’ve thought they would play so well together? The Welsh Baker has mastered both, and so much more. Absolutely delicious, and worth the wait in line (there’s usually a line). Enjoy! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
