This an amazing place with great sushi, great & respectful service & nice atmosphere.Their Garlic Shrimp Tuna roll is the best!If you want shrimp & vegetable tempura ? with the works & a sushi roll with other rolls, get the Bento box ? Great price too than doing it separately.Enjoy!

I was expecting more. My salmon sashimi had bones in it, which has never happened to me before. Salmon handroll was on the smaller side. Tokyo Poke Bowl was decent. The cut rolls seemed too expensive, so I didn't bother trying any. Service was friendly but slow. If you've been to some of the better sushi restaurants in the San Fernando Valley, then you might be disappointed.

I used to come here when I was in high school, but hadn't been In quite some time. I decided to give it a shot, and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the 911 roll, spicy tuna roll, and a California roll (with added mango slices). This is also the only sushi location in SCV that I have found to have mango slices as an option on their sushi rolls. (I go to a local spot in Santa Monica that offers California mango rolls, and have become OBSESSED so I was THRILLED to find a place closer to me that offers that!) The restaurant itself is a decent size with a good amount of seating. I have only recently picked up take out, and it has always been ready on-time, and packaged correctly. I would recommend trying this place out if you're close by!

Our fav place Shogun closed its doors...this is their sister restaurant....supposed to be just as good...ITS NOT!! Spicy garlic edamame tasted like it had watered down soy sauce on it & nothing else....superman burrito is half the size and so was the spicy tuna roll...so not impressed!! And Im super sad!!! Shogun was a gem!!! Tokyo is a sad substitute!!! Will not be back!!! Service was awesome though...thats why I gave a 2 rating!

Michelle was the sweetest person ever. She was very attentive to our table and all her other tables as well. She followed up for drinks, how the food was, everything several times and we appreciate that! Shoutout to Michelle for making our first time at Tokyo sushi the best experience!

One of the best Japanese restaurants in SCV. The sushi is fresh and the food is high-quality and authentic. Servings are generously portioned and worth the price. The staff are extremely courteous and seem genuinely happy to have you there. The restaurant is a bit on the small side, but laid out in a way that affords a good sense of privacy for diners. I also really appreciate that they don't have their music up so loud I can't hear my own conversations. This has become my go-to sushi place.

First time rate with the wifey and a good 8! Food was good sushmi yellowtail and the baked salami sushi was really good. Our servicer Damaris was very kind and checked in with us frequently. We will definitely return

Finally after a year we found a Sushi restaurant that we love !!! The minute we walked in we were greeted by Michelle !She is amazing and loves her job !! She was attentive to us and food was delicious!! Sushi was just what we ordered and Tempura Shrimp and vegetables were yummy !! Great deal on draft Japanese beer .. Bento Box was an excellent choice !!Tim the owner asked a couple of times was there anything we needed he is so nice You must try this restaurant so good great atmosphere and great food It will become you twice a month go to for Sushi !! They also have outdoor dining on a lovely day !!
