I've been a customer of Ubatuba for well over 7 years now. I love seeing them expand so I can enjoy their treats in multiple locations without having to drive too far. I'm happy they're growing.What saddens me is the quality of the açai has gone down over the years. Sometimes tasting of freezer burn like the other day in the Valencia location. I hope ownership can revisit how to care for their primary ingredients because I would love to see the company grow even more 10 years from now.

Lucas, Alexis, and Elena were absolutely amazing! Their attentiveness and patience with my kids and me were exceptional. Their recommendations for my picky eater were a lifesaver. They truly deserve a pay raise for their outstanding patience and professionalism.

I have been here about 2 years ago and it wasn't bad so stopped in while passing through town. Got an Acai bowl. It was frozen, and the fruit wasn't as fresh. So not the worst I've had but not the best either. Clean bathrooms!
