The place is clean with healthy menu items. I've been to another location before. The service was a little snooty. It was only one lady and she seemed bothered by us taking our time to order. Maybe she is just overworked being the only worker there. Food came out pretty fast. They have a few tables in there for seating.

I've been a customer of Ubatuba for well over 7 years now. I love seeing them expand so I can enjoy their treats in multiple locations without having to drive too far. I'm happy they're growing.What saddens me is the quality of the açai has gone down over the years. Sometimes tasting of freezer burn like the other day in the Valencia location. I hope ownership can revisit how to care for their primary ingredients because I would love to see the company grow even...

Lucas, Alexis, and Elena were absolutely amazing! Their attentiveness and patience with my kids and me were exceptional. Their recommendations for my picky eater were a lifesaver. They truly deserve a pay raise for their outstanding patience and professionalism.
