Long wait time because of little staff. Bees outside swarming your drinks. Too expensive. No seasoning on fries.

Warm day today! First meal after finally entering the park!

The burger was swill at best, and two bites in I knew I had purchased a 20$ plate of fries and a burger that made me feel food poison-y. I ate it anyway. It became saltier and saltier just like I did over the dining experience. The only thing I could do to make the food better was to put the condiment packets that must’ve sat in the sun for two weeks on it. With a tummy full of salt and regrets I reflected on the bad choices I had made to get to this point, and wished I had stopped at the McDonald’s I had seen this morning instead.

Not a stellar experience on a sketchy visit to SF for unrelated reasons not to be covered here. We picked this place at random while walking because the place we intended to go was cross park. The chicken tenders at SF are good anywhere you get them (if expensive AF) so we figured why not. The we found out why. We ordered the 4 piece with fries and waited. And waited. Others came and left with their food but another couple and us stood around for 20+ minutes which included a shift change. The first guy told us they were waiting on fries but we clearly saw people who came after leave with orders that included fries. The second person didn't talk to us at all but noticed us staring at her so she parked herself at the other end of the counter until a third person asked us if we'd been helped. They finally handed us our food but the portion was far smaller than the one we got in the Baja area of the park and still cost the usual $16. Disappointing when you have to count getting food as a ride line. Especially when you leave still hungry.

it was moving really fast when i went, there was a young kid named keith when took he my order, super sweet kid and got then food to me right away. amazing job to him and the other employees, seemed like they were all enjoying their time working, but were also hustling to help the other customers.

They take too long to give you your food, the lines are so long.

Stay away from the burgers and stick to the chicken tenders. The burgers are horrible no matter where you get it from at Magic Mountain. I learned that a long time ago. The chicken tenders are good anywhere in the park and the chicken sandwich or waffle sandwich from the new chicken place is pretty good too considering it is amusement park food. Download the app so you can order on your phone and pick up when ready. No need to wait in line to order your food anymore. Waiting in line for an hour to order food was definitely the worse part of any visit.

My food was supposed to be ready at 3:30-3:45 it took more than half an hour after 3:45. Prices are really high for a cheeseburger that looks like it came from mcdonald's even the mcdonald's cheeseburgers have more ingredients than these burgers. The chicken is also not that great

I was called a racial slur while ordering then denied my food because I was paying in cash, after words I came in with the rest of my party to get ranch and given spoiled ranch packets. I'm assuming due to my skin tone. Avoid at all costs.

Lines are way too Long pst overdue on the amount of people serving for the equivalent amount of people in the line is in disarray.
