This place was meh. The wraps were dry. The salad only had one chunk of feta cheese. The overall flavor of all of it was meh. It was definitely not worth the price. Very excited for CAVA to be opening across the street. Other reviews said this was the cleanest location but I was not impressed. It wasn’t horrible but definitely room for improvement (I’d hate to see the other locations)

Chicken smelled and tasted fishy. Informed staff and manager came to discuss issue trying to re assure chicken is fresh and tasted daily. Client had to inform and validate continuously that the chicken indeed did smell and taste like fish. I didn’t even request a refund for the need to just keeping stating the chicken was fine. Like it’s just a heads up and if I develop food poisoning because you’re not suppose to consume fishy chicken they would know. Over all the gaslighting to accept the chicken is good was wild and I didn’t even want a refund so it was pointless. Over all the experience was ehh. The chicken does smell fishy and tasted fishy and they say they have no fish on property.

We always stop here on our way home from L.A. Its in the Target center so there is plenty of parking. The food is the best and this is by far the cleanest Zankou Chicken location, we have been to several of them. Always a place to sit and the food comes out piping hot and quickly. The rotisserie chicken is the best and the lule kabob plate is amazing.

I went there to pick up an order I placed on Uber eats. They accepted the order but never made it and charged me for it. They were understaffed and probably giving people food poisoning with how sloppy they have gotten. Never going there again. I cancelled the order with Uber eats but they didn't refund me. Said the store had to do it. Be warned. I guess go here when it's not lunch or dinner time, that way they can handle it and not get you sick serving raw food.

Fab chicken, anything you order will be delish. Tritip is great but we normally go for the chicken. Humas and garlic sauce are a treat. I like to wrap my chicken, humas, lots of garlic sauce, rice and a turnip into a pita bread and enjoy. Mmmm good.
placed an order for 4 dishes with 8 extra dressings through Uber Eats, but none of the sauces or tahini were included. The hummus tasted very bad, which is unusual because your food is normally delicious.
I also tried to contact your team to speak with a supervisor, but I was on hold for over 30 minutes with no resolution.

We come here often and always have a good experience. Today was extra nice with every single staff member going above and beyond to make our experience a good one. From the young man that took our order (wish I had gotten his name) and Marisol, the sweet lady that will take the time to come and talk to you and ask if you’d like anything like extra napkins, sauces etc.
Of course, I also come here for the food! Never disappoints.
