Look the food is good but if you order to go, pick up or delivery don't expect to get everything you ordered. This has happened a few times to me. Once on delivery missing items then pick up missing items. Again food good but service and getting what you ordered very questionable.

Food is great as usual but special shout out to the workers who go above and beyond for customers. Marisol was super kind by coming over several times to check on us and just help in any way she could. Leandro was very patient and offered my toddler stickers which was very kind. Jackie also came over to our table and engaged with us kindly. I asked for all of their names because you donât get that type of customer service at most establishments much less other zankou locations.

I had a wonderful experience at Zanku Chicken in Santa Clarita! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I especially want to recognize Marisol for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. She made sure everything was perfect and truly went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. A big thank you as well to all the staff at Zanku Chicken everyone was friendly, hardworking, and attentive, creating such a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend this place for great food and even better service. I will definitely be a loyal customer for life!

Food as always is very good but Service is getting worse, I ordered a Big Family Meal with their sides and they put everything very tight in a small bag, I can understand that they want to save money in Bags, but please all the food squished in top of each other that was not nice at all, and the service from the ladies Not God at all.

This place was meh. The wraps were dry. The salad only had one chunk of feta cheese. The overall flavor of all of it was meh. It was definitely not worth the price. Very excited for CAVA to be opening across the street. Other reviews said this was the cleanest location but I was not impressed. It wasnât horrible but definitely room for improvement (Iâd hate to see the other locations)

Great halal food. Got the chicken tarna wrap, and it was quite delectable. Location was quite convenient, and the wait wasnât so awful.

Chicken smelled and tasted fishy. Informed staff and manager came to discuss issue trying to re assure chicken is fresh and tasted daily. Client had to inform and validate continuously that the chicken indeed did smell and taste like fish. I didnât even request a refund for the need to just keeping stating the chicken was fine. Like itâs just a heads up and if I develop food poisoning because youâre not suppose to consume fishy chicken they would know. Over all the gaslighting to accept the chicken is good was wild and I didnât even want a refund so it was pointless. Over all the experience was ehh. The chicken does smell fishy and tasted fishy and they say they have no fish on property.
