My taste buds were very happy at Pho Vallejo Noodle House! The broth was well-balanced. Savory and not too sweet and the meats were very tender. Fresh spring rolls are always a must and really digged their peanut sauce. The overall environment was clean and new. It was really cool chatting to the owner and learning more about their story. Pho Vallejo is a super nice family-run establishment. Highly recommend this spot for a solid bowl of pho to warm you up during this season!

Spacious, clean, nice layout, secondary private section to the right of the restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff. Food was delicious. The vegetarian noodle soup broth was clean, light, perfectly seasoned. The bowl was HUGE. Tons of noodles and tons of vegetables. Mushrooms were delicious and did not overpower the broth. Also got spring rolls but it was gobbled before I remembered to snap a photo. Spring rolls were freshly made and peanut space was on point with the authentic flavor. Definitely enjoyed this meal. Prices were very reasonable. 2 appetizers and 3 entrees $65 that included tax. Will return to this cute and clean pho spot! Check it out and enjoy ;D

The dine-in experience far exceeds the DoorDash experience. I didn't expect the interior to look so nice. The restaurant is located in the corner of the strip mall where Target, Dollar Tree, and Petsmart are located. I could take someone here for a date. Casual but beautiful and bordering on romantic with the lighting. Service was spectacular. Very prompt. Seated right away. Order was taken very quickly. Food arrived within minutes. They're very attentive. The table next to me got good service too. I was surprised how large the "small" bowl of pho was. I ordered the Dac biet (#2). I think my pho had more than one piece of each type of meat this time. A little unusual the pho was served in a large stainless steel bowl. The Thai ice tea was a bit sweet for my taste but still enjoyable. Very glad I stopped by to try them again in person vs what I got from delivery. The total for my meal came out to just under $21 before tip.

Fantastically fast service and amazing food to price ratio. The vermicelli after surfing is hands down my go to meal and the tea. The plant wall on the patio is so peaceful and now I want one.

This place had become our go-to Pho restaurant any and every time we are in the mood. The food is amazing and the people are very nice. I just wish they had a dress standard for the workers and not felt like they rolled out of bed with their sloppy sweats and flip flops. Even still, I can overlook that because we like the food so much.

Walked in and never got greeted just had some lady pointing at a table, then she gave us one menu. Then we had some younger server come and kept rushing us to order and after we ordered our food the pho wasnt even hot. It did have flavor though but it was basically cold. All the employees just standing around watching idk it was just weird so we left. Definitely wont be going back.

I've been here a couple times when they first opened but I have to say the experience has gone downhill a bit since. The food is decent, but the prices they charge for Vietnamese food are much higher compared to their neighbors. Mind you, there are plenty of other pho spots in the area. I will say their ambiance is much more elevated if you consider the decor only, otherwise food and service are pretty basic in contrast. The girl taking our order is young, and looked bored out of her mind. Midway through me placing our order with her, she actually said "Sorry, I spaced out. What did you want to order?" LOL okayyy.. We got spring rolls, fried egg rolls, chicken wings (all apps) and a rice plate that had grilled chicken, egg, and shrimp cake. All the food came out right away, one right after the other. I like to eat everything together, so I appreciate when the main entree and apps are served at once. I like how tightly they roll their spring rolls, and the peanut sauce that came with it was nice and peanutty. Not overly sweet. The spring roll has pork and shrimp though, so just FYI because I thought it was shrimp only. I don't care for the pork they roll into this as it's pretty dry. The eggrolls are kinda thin compared to other spots, but they are tasty and fried well. My daughter tore these up so can't complain too much but 4 eggrolls for $9 is steep. We are a chicken wing family so if it's on the menu, we're gonna order it. I loooooove Asian fried chicken. The batter tends to be on the lighter crispier side and this was no exception. You get 5 WHOLE wings! I've seen the recent price increases over the years, but this place charges $15.50 for an order now!!!! Kind of ridiculous. Most other places only charge about $10-12 for an order, so once again, super steep pricing here. Our rice plate was good but our grilled chicken was served in one piece instead of diced. I feel like the marinade and char gets all over the chicken better when it's diced, so the flavor wasn't even throughout. It was a tad bit salty in some bites too. I appreciate the big slices of cucumber and the shredded lettuce salad on the side though. So good with the nuoc mam (sweet fish sauce). Rice plates are served with a side of chicken broth. You can really taste the MSG and I love it! It's a nice side to wash everything else down. Located in one of the "better" parts of Vallejo, so I guess they reserve the right to charge a premium. There's a ton of parking around since it's in the Target plaza, and I do appreciate their covered outdoor seating. You can only enter through the restaurant, so no randoms will bother you if you're outside. They took the time to decorate the outdoor area too, so it's a vibe if you don't want to sit inside. I'll be honest, this is not one of my fav Viet spots, but I do think it's a decent one especially if you're newer to the cuisine. Don't sleep on their chili oil, they have some on each table. It's actually pretty flavorful.

Stumbled across this place. Really good. Good price. Super fast. Will definitely try again.

Arrived around 2pm for lunch and was seated quickly. Located right next to Target in the plaza so there's plenty of parking. The ambience of the restaurant is super nice. Food came out very quickly after we had ordered and the workers were very attentive with great customer service. I had gotten the #93 grilled chicken vermicelli bowl and it didn't disappoint. Once you're ready to pay, you would have to go to the front counter to pay. If you're looking for a quick pho or Vietnamese food fix in the area, definitely come and visit!

Very good food, we had pho with chicken. Inside the restaurant is very modern and tasteful but we did take out which they packed very well. Very patient with taking our order. Will be back again to eat in, highly recommend

This is my family's favorite place to get pho, we also like both of there tofu plates. My kids love getting boba here. Staff is always friendly and treats us like family. Highly recommend eating here.

Lots of competition in Vallejo when it comes to Vietnamese food. While the restaurant is big and nicer and cleaner than other restaurants, this one isn't a favorite of mine. Portions were standard. But there was nothing significant or over the top for me here. I would still come back, given someone paying invites me. Haha Also, maybe this is a family restaurant but the younger girl that served us lacked in customer service. She was not friendly or personable, and had zero eye contact and kept sighing like she was too good for us. Sad.
