It's 11:44 at night and if it's supposed to be open 24 hours, they should say so and not advertise that way, I've only lost one more customer, anyway, the service is terrible, everyone makes their rules, a day I asked for a refil and they told me that I couldn't do it with their plastic containers because it splashes and it's not hygienic, but if it's a metal container, yes it could be done, so I wonder where the logic is for a woman to tell me He explained, the good thing is that there are more businesses and more gas stations, until 7eleven never

This is a very good 7-Eleven I work here in the morning but when the door is closed graveyard shift is because they're short staffed and they will not have the store open when there's one person. Please do not leave no valuables in the car because when customers have been in the store cars have been broken into

Other than in HI, I do not have much luck with this brand... Giving 2 stars, not sure if I am being generous or too hard on them. Quality/Quantity - Gas prices are reasonable. Went in to get snacks after buying gas, but they claimed they did not have a key to the bathroom... I should have taken a picture, but both bathrooms were combo key pads!! So I left frustrated, as I wanted and needed to wash my hands after pumping gas. Atmosphere - NO bathrooms for paying customers, I will probably not be back. Service - 1 star, no bathrooms for paying customers. Price - Gas prices were reasonable, but I regret giving them my business. Owner Comment - Not sure if it is a franchisee or a corporate location, but you might want to look into basic customer service. Why have 2 bathrooms for customers and NOT let them use it. Or install an exterior hand washing station? Congrats on your success since 1927 (as Tote'm Stores). 1946 - Changed name to 7-Eleven. 1971 - Southland corporation acquired. 1987 - Went private. 1991 - Acquired by Seven & I Holdings. 1999 - Changed company name to 7-Eleven. 2005 - 7-Eleven Japan becomes the parent company.
