88 Bao Bao Dumpling House

Found this place in August and now is a must visit when in town. Haven't had a bad dish yet but really love the beef roll and sesame balls.

Love this place! Beef noodles are delicious. As well as their grilled calamari. So glad to have them in Vallejo as now I don’t have to drive to Vacaville.

flavors are there. XLB was very dough-y at the top where they seal it.
i also got the pork&shrimp siomai.
both dumplings have good flavor but the texture of the meat was off. it didn't have the bouncy and springy texture that most places have.

My girlfriend and I had the pork xiaolongbao, pork lumpia, vegetable Shanghai chowmein, and shrimp/pork shumai. Everything was divine! We will definitely return to try different food items.

This is a really good DimSum place but it’s always super busy and the atmosphere in Vallejo kinda sucks. I had my car vandalized in the parking lot.

Had the grilled squid, garlic green beans, bbq pork buns & black and gold molten lava bun. Black & gold bun was different was a sweeter bun. Squid was tasty was served with a sweet chili sauce.

Great new place for special dimsum fare! They even offer pork xialongbao! Highly recommended ?. Besides the dimsum, they even have different noodle dishes as well as fire fried rice. You guys gotta try their grilled squid. We've already been here twice, and the food is always fire ?. We'll be coming back again to try the rest of their menu.

Considering that this spot just opened up, don't be surprised if wait times are a bit long. We didn't have to wait too long ourselves, but did notice an irate customer off to the side regarding something about her incorrect order. For us, our food was awesome! We ordered it to go because all the tables were taken up. We'll check this place out again in the near future when it's less crowded.

It's not really my style this was my wife's choice to go here but i said hey i love to try new places to eat and it did just open up in Vallejo so maybe it will become a regular lunch and dinner spot or us. I must say the fried rice was delicious! The spicy dumplings were very very good! But we definitely will be going back to this place because it was clean and quality and not really over priced at all. 5 stars for food quality!
