I had a 3 pack Groupon voucher. Lady was like we don’t accept those told by management not to accept them when I previously used two of them. Will never go here again. Went down hill since baldos left this location

I really wanted to give them a chance even after reading the reviews, we got a monster chicken burrito and a monster shrimp burrito, the chicken burrito had two pieces of hair in it that were not seen until the burrito was half eaten ? and the shrimp in the shrimp burrito were soooo overcooked they were tough and inedible.

I'm writing this review hoping a manager sees it as they were not there at the time of the incident. When I got home part of my order was wrong. Basically they gave me an item a couple $ less than what I ordered. I had to go back to the restaurant because they were not answering the phone. I let them know that my order was incorrect and handed over all the food. I asked them to remake the order because by the time I would get back home it what wasn't remade would be cold. The girl at the window said she wouldn't remake the correct items. I told her she needed to make this right. She said that she would just give me my money back. Turns out she doesn't know how to give a refund so she said she would just give me my order. Well they still didn't remake the full order just what was incorrect. Low and behold half my food was cold when I got home. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Food poisoning. Beware. I've never had this issue here before, so something has changed.
No enchiladas, no rice, missing burrito, and the burrito tortillas tasted like they were frozen and heated in a microwave the fillings were good though. We had to drive back only to find when I got home that the chips they gave to substitute the rice are covered in guacamole so the condiment is brown and chips are soggy the rice we did get is flavourless and the beans taste old have never been so disappointed by food
