I’ve been a customer at angry chickz since it’s opening. The food and service is always amazing! All the employees are always very kind and compassionate especially considering some of the mistreatment they face from other customers. I’ve never had a bad experience at angry chickz. The food is always great! I personally love the hangry fix! I also love the heat levels, my personal favorite is X-hot I think it’s amazing how the employees take time explaining just how hot the food is! It helps ensure everyone eats happy as long as you listen to the warning they give. Overall angry chickz is an amazing restaurant with top tier food and employees!

If they know people can’t handle spicy above “hot” why is it in the menu? For new customers they won’t expect a burning chicken with zero taste. The unrefundable food is unacceptable. Bad service! Spicier chicken should be ordered at special request not in the menu and the customers should be very well warned, when I was there the lady said it so fast I don’t even remember what she said.

I went to this place for the first time with my son and he ordered an extra hot plate and fries. When we got the food the fries were not fresh. They were so soggy and cold. But I said well maybe they are just having a slow day. When my son opened up his plate he got Mac and cheese and chicken but this chicken had a thick layer of spices and dry spicy powder hot red pepper. He tasted it and said “mom is this spicy to you?” I had a taste and it was very hot my mouth was burning and my stomach automatically hurt. I told him not to eat it because his stomach would hurt and to grab a soda. When he came back with the soda I just told him to tell the young lady that it was way too spicy and see if he can just change his plate since he literally just tasted it. She told him “we never change any orders”, well I got up and said can you please change it, this is way to spicy for our family and she replied no that they could not do this, I told her then I would like a refund since the plate is 100% full, she said no! And I asked to talk to a manager and one of the cooks came out and said the same thing I was so upset with the way they handled the problem I just ended up leaving the plate there in front of them and told them; “then I’m sorry I don’t need it”. On my way out I told them “by the way your fries where not fresh!”They looked at each other and I just walked out and I plan not to come back. I’m very sure they could of made out a better experience. I worked in the service industry and know this is completely unacceptable and very sad because we work hard for our money and we try to consume and help businesses in the area by going and always expect to have a pleasant experience but this was the complete opposite.

Now when I first tried this place I thought it was great, I mean I was hanging out with my friends and the food was great this was 2 years ago. I decided to visit once more with my family and it was horrible the fries weren’t fresh at all and I had picked the “x-hot” assuming this was an American place where the spice levels aren’t high at all, well I was wrong. It wasn’t even the max spice and my mouth burnt for at least 5-7 minutes, my mother tried it and even she admitted it was too much she took a bigger bite and she said her stomach somewhat hurt. My mother demanded a refund but the customers didn’t let her due to the “warning” they had given us saying “the spice would modify the taste of the food and cause intense burn” Now hear this out, How is anyone supposed to take that seriously?! This is a restaurant not a pepper competition I’m there to taste the food and be happy not in intense pain. It makes me think, if you know the average customer can’t handle that type of heat then WHY do you have it on the menu?! The purpose of a restaurant is to make sure you’re customers are happy, satisfied, and enjoying their food, by making the food non refundable you’re ruining. I would have came back to this place if the food was edible truly money gone to the garbage. I can give suggestions so it doesn’t seem as if I’m just hating on you guys I want you to improve as a restaurant I’m not here to complain. If levels exceeded “hot” please put the seasoning to the side or just make “hot”“angry” and make the food refundable for new customers atleast it’s unacceptable that the food is not refundable. How was I supposed to know “x-hot” was that spicy? You’re putting all the blame on the customers and stealing their money forcing them to eat something that they’re not satisfied with because each bowl’s price is like 15 bucks!

If you have not tried this place it's a must try! I promise you you will not be disappointed! To me it is better than Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane's! The staff is amazing and very friendly! You're greeted from the time you walk into door! This restaurant is clean including the bathrooms! I give this definitely a five star service!

Simply good food! I am a spice nut and I personally cannot handle more than hot unless I am feeling risky! Hot and above are actually HOT!!! XXX type HOT… no wait that’s not what I meant. As in DEATH!!! Hot is, often, safe for me, but beware!
