I have to say I Love My CITY!! I am all the way in Georgia but my uncle is in a home back home in Vallejo with stage 4 cancer. He calls me every day to order something and have it delivered. Well he’s wanted Baskin Robbin’s Black Walnut a few times but that’s not a DoorDash option. Avi has been so helpful and allowing himself to make it possible to make someone’s day! If ur reading this Avi thank you so much for being you! U just don’t know how uve touched us! You would be amazed at how ice cream can make someone’s day!! It matters!

We went for national ice cream day. They were slammed! The service was excellent! They were fully staffed and working hard. The scoops were firm and cold! I was very impressed! We were in and out in less than 10 minutes!

This location does not allow samples , I was told this was all baskin robins unfortunately that is not true seeing that I went to the one in San Bruno and was allowed to sample (how am I to know if the new flavor is good prior to purchasing ) . I was told it was due to Covid kind of strange seeing if that was the case why is it that no employees are wearing gloves or washing hands when going from customer to customer . Or shall I say a mask . Won’t be coming to this location and more .. t

Really disappointed in the amount of ice cream I got in my banana Royale. The whip cream and hot fudge didn't even reach the top of the cup it was served in. I don't expect a Giant scoop but a reasonable size would be nice. Staff is great, but they need to fill up the cups more.
Love this baskin and robins. The people there are so friendly and quick to help you. They have allll the best flavors too.
