The food service and atmosphere was good. It’s just that the fact that we waited 30 minutes in line and that’s not even the point that we just got mad and we still waited in line and the food was good but was not worth the waiting line.

We waited in line for around 30 minutes, only to get to the counter and experience horrible customer service. A worker named Khoi was taking our order. He spoke very quietly, didn't ask any clarifying questions, and didn't seem to know what was going on. We ordered a burger with no cheese, and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for it- and were even given an incorrect order. A burger with cheese, while others way behind us came and got their orders without issue. Khoi had not told his coworkers what we needed until about 10 minutes after we ordered- he stood there aimlessly, holding our receipt, staring at us, the ground, and his coworkers, before moving around slowly and without a goal, still not giving his coworkers our order. Other coworkers tried to intervene but he still failed at his job. The level of disregard and lack of care for customers was astounding.

This is a scam avoid this place . I know food in the park is very expensive but they lie . On the menu you can see kids meal with drink and all meal come with fries , well when you buy it they will give you water ! Yes the drink is water not a soda . I had to pay $5 extra for soda , and no fries . So kids meal is a scam , 2 chicken finger and 1 apple slice packet with water , I spend $95 for 3 kids meal 3 drinks and 1 adult meal , of course the kids are upset because no fries , no soda . They should advertise their food in the right way . Kids meal with water . And no fries ….

Ordered two $14 chicken tender meals waited 45 minutes for my order to be called Even though I asked two times if I could just get the ready-made chicken wings under the heater. The meal consisted of three chicken tenders and a few fries. I expected the high fee but honestly my kids were able to go into line for a roller coaster, get on the ride and get off the right before the food was ready

I‘ve paid 16,99$ for a single burger and though i will get a god burger for that very expensive park price.But I only got a bad burger and an not nearly appropriate product for this price.So I wouldn’t eat there again and Six Flags should reduce their price there…

I was there today with my family I have a big family I went to get a refill on my soda while waiting there I was watch the girls in the back and saw that the girls in the back were actually eating out of everyone foods. Even tho they had glove on they still were eating out of trays going out. During COVID-19 that is a big health hazard. I did bring it to that attention of the Manger, but who knows if we are safe or not. I hate to be a Karen but so times we have to. Watch you food at this restaurant at Discovery Kingdom Big Belly Burger.

Waited over an hour in a slow, long line, in direct heat, for bland burgers, a melted shake that required 4 people to make, and overly salted, thickly breaded chicken. They didn't have drink lids, straws, ripped me off a soda I paid for but they failed to give me. Would rather eat anywhere else. Given the many options at Six Flags, will definitely not eat here again for their overly priced food, and incompetent service.
