Upon arrival, everything seemed normal ordered everything got to the window. I was charged an additional drink. I was given ice when I asked for no ice. I was given a bag and said this is my whole order only to have to return for the rest of my order not to be talked to or told apologize for not giving me my whole order instead I got the bag pretty much thrown at me and the window shut in my face To the lady working the register for the window, you’re crap at your job. Get better customer service.

Didn't really care for it at all. A bit into a Whopper and could taste a really bad flavor that made me sick. Also the grease was old, which I could tell because I became ill, with a condition call malabsorption. Don't order ahead. There's a woman there Danny sensitivity training along with better customer service. There's an African lady that always acts like you disturb her. Sad, when we're paying Her salary. She doesn't realize you can attract more bees with honey. Smh. I will never go there again. Nvr again!

It's been over a year since I ate at this location. I used to be a huge chicken fries lover with the old ranch they used to have, but when they changed it about a year ago, I lost interest in everything Burger King. The ranch they have now is better than the one before, but the flavor of the french fries has changed a bit.
Overall, the whooper is always a good choice, and the chicken fries could be a little less dry. The service is always amazing there, and the guy running the daytime shift is great.
Can't really say much about the atmosphere considering the location.
