Cabbage is the only green, not good, corn muffin DRY! SLICED BEEF DRY CHEWS LIKE JERKY, they cut it in small pieces not to break your teeth. PORK RIBS DRY DRY, DRY, taste like boiled meat put on a grill for a second to smoke. they should think about going out of business.

Ok so, I’ve been looking for some good bbq in Vallejo for a while. Someone else recommended CJ’s. Thank you to that person! The food is GOOD! When I tell you the ribs are cooked and smoked to perfection! They were so good! My family and I ordered ribs, links, potato salad, cabbage, baked Mac and cheese and corn bread. I wanted to post pictures but it slipped my mind because I was grubbing lol.. But yes I definitely would recommend them if you’re looking for some GOOD bbq. Also the customer’s service is on point as well. Nice family. Thank you CJ’s see you next time!
I first read all the negative comments in here, then I went in to get a meal. My mind was blown, food was amazing. Service was friendly. I think their competition paid people to write those negative comments. Their mild bbq sauce was on point. Ribs were perfect. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who is not a Vegan. I will definitely be coming back for more.

This was the absolute worst barbecue I have ever had in my entire life. This is my honest review. This food made me sick and ruined my otherwise fantastic day ?????The expired meat was in a soup of low quality, disgusting BBQ sauce. The off-brand barbecue sauce you can buy at Walmart is better quality.The potato salad was nigh inedible. The greens were so bitter I literally spat them out onto the ground in horror.The fries that she said she made fresh for us were soggy as if they'd been left on the counter and microwaved in haste and then doused in the sink with dirty water.The cornbread was the only edible thing.0/5 stars

They get a two. Used to be hella good. Like for reals, best in California. But all types of bad now. They only smoke once a week. So after that your food is what was left. Sides are extra small. Beans are under cooked. And prices are too high. I'ma have to pass on this from now
