The Western Bacon burger was great! I had never eaten at Carl's Jr. Restaurant Every! I must say as far as fast food diner's go I have eaten at many of them but that burger was the best I have ever had. What a huge plus with the deep fried onion rings on that sandwich was very delicious.

This is the most disrespectful place to ever come to have food service and restroom ? break. I asked nice and polite before I order my food and told as I asked the first time he ignored me and the second time I asked while waiting for him to complete his order through the drive-through, I asked again nicely then he said both restroom was out of service. I did not see no sign on both bathroom that it was out of order.

Food was expensive for fast food. Large homeless encampment on the street right at the entrance and parking lot.

Okay, so to the management of Carl's Jr. on Sonoma Blvd, I apologize for this late post, but I've been busy but I have to to let you know that you have a GEM working for y'all and that gem is EDUARDO.... His customer service was outstanding and he was also so gracious and patient to me as I asked him about different items and prices on the menu and also gave great recommendations of what I should order and let me tell you HE was right!!!!!... Thank you so much Eduardo for being so nice on the late night because I know what you do is not easy at times.... I appreciate your customer service. From the lady in the "blue mustang" :)))))

The food is great. Fully cooked..The fries were basket weave and were the highlight for me, with Crystal hot sauce, Popeyes Buttermilk Ranch. My initial taste of Carl's in another city was terrible, but, I've been here twice and each time I had to take time to view the menu and the Staff were patient and helpful. If you want Burgers without all the grease, these definitely have the Charbroiled taste.

The staff here is super slow and doesn't care. And there is a huge homeless camp on the street directly in front of this place. These are not quiet, gentle homeless people either...
