Chipotle Mexican Grill

SLOWEST Chipotle iv ever been to. We had an online order and it literally took forever to do. The staff is not professional at all. The staff literally wasted time on every freaking thing they can do. In total it took them half an hour to make our online order. Can you believe that? We waited in the restaurant for half an hour for our order.

The place always has dirty floors and tables, and the bathroom is actually cleaner than the eating area. The staff is not polite. It's not welcoming.

No crispy taco shells or sour cream!!!

I bought a salad and forgot to redeem my rewards for a soda along with the order. When I picked up the salad, I told the cashier that I wanted to exchange my rewards at the register for a soda now and the cashier told me that I can't do it because I have to place a new order of at least $5? I don't understand why the app doesn't tell me that I have to place another order to be able to redeem the reward? I'm not satisfied with this situation. I don't know if it's like this in all Chipotle restaurants.

It's Chipotle, who doesn't like Chipotle. My problem is if they run out of something the last hour before closing oh well. And they start pulling the foods out the last 45 minutes before closing. Service is good. Young employees. Always polite. So keep in mind if you wait until the hour before closing, forget anything being freshly made. They want to go home.

I’ve been to this chipotle many times and have had a pleasant experience each time, whether they were busy or slow, but today I had not only the worst service, but the worst food.

When I arrived, there was no line. Nobody behind me for the entire visit. Barely anyone in there. Maybe 7-10 people sitting down and already eating. I walk up and ask for a bowl. I get the white rice and the girl packs 3 heaping spoonfuls of rice when I didn’t ask for extra rice. Then I asked for beans. Didn’t even fill the spoon full of beans. I didn’t say anything, but it was definitely not a full portion I usually get. Then they asked for the protein and I asked for steak. Again, the same amount as the beans, barely dipped the spoon in. I could count the pieces of steak with my fingers. I asked for more and they gave me like 4 extra pieces. Before I could make a fuss about how there was something wrong, they rushed me onto the salsa section and the first person that helped me walked away. Before is could ask for something else, the person at the register yelled to me if I wanted anything else. Like let me approach that portion of the counter first!

It was definitely disappointing, but I said “I’ll let it go.” But when I got home, not only was the heaping 3 servings of rice severely undercooked and crunchy, the steak was either unseasoned or underseasoned. The entire crew failed.

This location is consistently good, plenty of employees and even when busy, line moves quick…. They could pay some more attention to keeping the dining room cleaned up, that’s my only gripe…. I’ll keep coming back when I need to eat out without blowing my macros

Unfriendly service to start with. The Chips tasted like they were a week old, stale as all get out. The Coke tasted like diet Pepsi, and was non-carbonated it’s flat and syrupy. It’s disgusting. And I don’t think the fountain has been cleaned in a really long time. The bowl that I got was awful, nothing tasted fresh. The fajita veggies were hard, stem filled and stringy. I definitely will not return to this location.

2nd time walking out. I asked if I could get a bowl with fresh veggies which were sitting at the bottom of the container to one side. The employee grabs the tongs and mixes the old fajitas with the new after I had just asked to get the fresh ones sitting to one side... She then said it's all the same. I replied, they are now and walked out. Was giving this place a 2nd shot, never again! #Chick-fil-A

I’m pretty sure this location shouldn’t even be open! The restaurant was nasty and dirty with food looking expired.
I never knew a chipotle could be so bad…..
The food was bland with no flavor.
The potions sizes were a joke. I had to ask them for more 6 times just to get a single portion of rice.
The guacamole had no salt, no lime, no onions, I’m sure no jalapeno as well.
NONE of the food was salted and it was all bland.
The portions for beans, salsa, and etc were a just as bad as the rice. The employees didn’t greet, had extremely nasty attitudes, and threw a fit when we asked if we could have sour cream or salsa on the side. They were standing around doing nothing while the floor, tables, and counters were covered in food. The bathroom was nasty with no toilet paper and no seat covers. The ground in the bathroom was covered in trash to.

Lemme tell you guys a story, so I came here to chipotle for food but then I had to go to the bathroom. But then when I went to bathroom it said for paying customers only but I’m not gonna wait in line until my bladder explodes and plus THE MENS ROOM WAS OUT OF ORDER!!! So then I had to go outside and pee in a bush near the building, I know this is weird but it’s the truth. So what I have to say is decent atmosphere decent food but not so decent customer service.
