how can this store not have guacamole at 7PM and they close at 10PM?????? very incompetent staff and the worst service. they all our orders are missing items. We didn't order online because we've had bad experiences ordering online so we decided to go in person still when we get home our make your own burrito bowls are missing stuff that we said we want included then the bad news no guacamole????????? really???

Burrito was delicious. There was a wait for fajita vegetables. Server offered more of another item. Thank you.

Waited 30 min because they only had 1 person working the line when they had 5 others cleaning and chatting. When we got to the front, they ran out of veggies, lettuce, hot sauce and bunch of other stuff. They didn’t tell us until we got to the front. Worst part is they had reserves for take out. They rather prioritize online orders over diners. Wasted our time and terrible service even when they were fully staffed

Food is really good at chipotle.
It's the servers that are terrible. Serving very minimal portions. You must ask for more portions all the time at the Admiral Callahan locations. If this is management instructions to only serve minimal portions it is not the best way to get return customers. Been to this location twice. There was a time that they ran out of some of the selective items to make a burrito or bowl.

Doordash delivery orders are inconsistent. Sometimes bowls are good other times they skimp you and barely any meat. The guac is clumpy and doesnt seem fresh. Chips are usually stale. Would not recommend

Second tim le here with family . It's not bad and food is delicious. Only thing is the young guy responsible for cleaning the tables , he is really not cleaning anything and pretty much is like pretending . I had to clean our table and seats when we came in , I wouldn't even write this if if tissues were here .

we did a mobile order and this is how we got it. its basically empty and to pay like 15 dollars for this

I ordered and paid for a bowl but get half a bowl, guys put so little meat and even rice, I worked all day and hungry, but they fill the bowl very little:((

SLOWEST Chipotle iv ever been to. We had an online order and it literally took forever to do. The staff is not professional at all. The staff literally wasted time on every freaking thing they can do. In total it took them half an hour to make our online order. Can you believe that? We waited in the restaurant for half an hour for our order.

The place always has dirty floors and tables, and the bathroom is actually cleaner than the eating area. The staff is not polite. It's not welcoming.
