Employee never sat down phone while putting together order. He never asked what we wanted I had to start speaking to him about what I wanted while he was facing the window and slowly putting his gloves on. Then he picks back up his phone with the gloves on and uses his glove hand to directly touch the cookie after it was touching everything else. I really wanted to change my mind but the order was for my daughter and she was really excited to try it. Whoever owns this establishment needs to talk to the employees about professionalism and food safety.

Definitely not opened until 10:30PM as stated on google. I pulled up at 10:05PM and all of the workers were walking out. Update your hours correctly to reflect the hours of operation at this location.

Was open late. Went into in n out for a burger. Waited too long so I went over here for a shake. They offered me free cookies too. Thank you. I was hungry but had the milkshake. Very friendly customer service. I came in very late around 11 pm. Coming from Stockton to Vallejo. I'd be bringing my daughters back here for ice cream sandwich on a hot day

3:30 pm on a Sunday, not busy. It's very easy to overlook Creamy. The sign is not large, nor does it stand out. Its colors blend in with the arbor of the building. However, it's a nice little place. Great service, quite a different variety of flavored ice creams, while offering different cookies, toppings & drizzles. You can choose from a single/ double scoops, a sundae, ice cream sandwich, shakes, or even ½pints or full pints of ice cream. They're also reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the music is so loud, it was difficult to communicate with the attendant on both our ends. Plus, the intense volume made for a hectic atmosphere. If they were to turn down the volume, it would make for a more pleasant & welcoming vibe.
