A fraudulent charge was completed with my card. When I contacted the store ( I am in Las Vegas NV) they said there is nothing they can do to help me. Can't look up cc card, can't check by total amount of purchase. So I have to deal with my bank, and they get paid with my money.Horrible way to handle by the "manager"

Walked into the store and noticed it was very dirty stuff all over the floor and some cookies as well. I decided to not order anymore.

Kids and I stopped by on 3/21 around 6:20pm. We were excited as it was my husband’s birthday and we were picking up cookies for his birthday.We walked in and we weren’t greeted. Two workers were there talking amongst themselves. They didn’t even look up to greet us or acknowledge us. We chose our cookies and paid and waited for them to be boxed. At this point we still weren’t acknowledged. My kids posed for pictures on the wall with the logo and we waited for the cookies. They finally were boxed and dropped off at the counter. The person that dropped off the box kept talking with the other employee and didn’t even thank us for the purchase. No eye contact. No nod of acknowledgment. Nothing. Just a cold transfer of goods from his hands to the counter. I closed the box and walked out with my kids. No thank you come again. No see you next time. Nothing.I will not be back and it’s disappointing to see the service so dirt poor when we are buying cookies that cost ? so much.
