Absolutely freezing inside restaurant. Completely unacceptable. If it weren’t for our amazing waitress, Sharon, we would have left. We chose Denny’s to spend our hard earned money at on a holiday. The atmosphere couldn’t have been less inviting. It was saying “hurry up, eat, and get out” all while making the customers pay to dine in a freezer. There were small children and older adults and it was obvious they were uncomfortable. My husband and I are huge fans of Denny’s and don’t even use the menu anymore. We know what we like and how we like it prepared. The food was EXCELLENT as well as the service! How incredibly disappointing, not to mention disrespectful to everyone (the staff and customers) to be held in such low regard that heat couldn’t even be provided in exchange for the hard work, loyalty and funds that afford you this lifestyle. We have been everywhere. Do better Denny’s in Velejo, CA

I've always enjoyed eating at Denny's, but this time it was a huge disappointment. I ordered turkey with broccoli and mashed potatoes, but the meat was cold. I asked to exchange it for nachos, but I think they didn't like the exchange and gave me burnt nachos with a lot of oil. I'm very sorry about this because the waitress was wonderful, but the food wasn't. It's a place I will never go back to.

Verry poor customer service ! Young lady without a name tag Was rude I i asked for coffee to go , and she told me to go across street its cheaper there & too expensive for me ! I aaked to use bathroom (locked need code) and she said its for customers only

Denny's new sandwich idea is trash 🗑 food I spent $44 on two of the worst sandwiches I have ever seen. I tasted the meat and fed the sandwich to my dog it was so horrible. Please spare yourself the disgust The Melt Down is trash 🗑
