The employees at this location behave very unprofessionally and refuse to issue refunds for missing items that have already been paid for. In addition, the wait time is too long and food is always cold when it is deliveredI live almost right next to the store, so there is no reason why that should be the case.

I have stop by Toulonme st store to order the a $19.99.he said don't have it.then canceled the order he said he have.then changed his mind and gave us the $19.99 deal but will change me more for garlic sauce,when I got home was tomato sauce which for health reasons can't eat tomato sauce.i called to correct the and 4 time I was hanged up.very poor customer service from that store.never again will order from Toulonme store again.you should use client phone number to track order history.very bad customer service.....

Please do not order from here, I placed an order two hours ago and no response on the phones. They should be ashamed of themselves. First time ordering dominos while visiting California and this location is the worst experience I’ve had at any domino’s location. Please shut this location down, they are making you guys look bad. Whatever they are doing at the store, it’s definitely not hard working. They are relaxing and getting paid to cancel orders. I even called the call center to talk and they hung the phone up on me while I attempted to tell them about the situation. I was pretty polite but they were extremely rude….

Excellent pizza and delivery by Jessica. Though I said to the driver, Jessica, that she had made & delivered the pizza, which may not be true (mystery of an extra "Jessica" or an error perhaps), as she was baffled.They're always good for quick delivery with a good product (Jessica was actually early on delivery too).The website wouldn't let me leave a review though (only problem).

I ordered my pizza at 830pm it is now 1038 and still haven't received my pizza. try calling you cant even get through to anyone. Horrible customer service!!

Ordered a pizza for curbside pickup @9pm, showed up on time and followed the instructions to park, put on hazard lights, and click the "I'm here" button. After waiting for 5 minutes went inside to ask and they gave the order to the wrong car. The only option provided was to wait for a new pizza, when asked if they could deliver it instead they said there would now be a $6 delivery fee and 45 minute wait AFTER THEY FUCKED UP. Ended up getting a refund and no pizza. Waste of time, don't go here.

We ordered a pizza at 1130 on tuesday night it was supposed to arrive at 1215 well it never came and now they want me to reorder or get 20% off the price of the order I never recieved. That is unexceptable, due to the fact that I never recieved any of my order. I want to be fully refunded.

I got the deep dish pepperoni and sausage pizza, and a deep dish chicken and sausage pizza with garlic Alfredo sauce. The employees were very nice and they made my order so good! They seemed to be busy, but they were working like a well-oiled machine.... in a good way. The customer service was amazing and I would definitely recommend.
