Terrible customer service. I waited for at least 10 minutes to pick up pizza and was never acknowledged and no other customers were in the store. Probably at least 7 or 8 people working. They told me they were out of garlic dipping sauce and then he proceeds to hand me ranch dressing. I asked if I could get my money back since I already paid and he tells me it's the same thing which it clearly isn't. Won't be back.

Don't order here. I always have problems with them. Pizza is either Always burnt or with bubbles without toppings. Lava cakes never have powder sugar on them, and are hard and rough * i added photos to their gallery*
And the food js always cold. Im OFFCIALLY NEVER ODERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

I am disgusted by the way I was treated by the manager of the establishment my order was Mark complete 20 minutes before it arrived the manager when I called to speak to him hung up in my face and told me to keep waiting it's going to be another 5 to 10 minutes and when I got my food it was cold

I visited Domino’s today and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I placed an order for one vegetarian pizza and one non-vegetarian pizza, and I made it very clear to the representative that the vegetarian pizza must not contain any meat. Despite this, he ended up putting chicken on my vegetarian pizza.
When I noticed the mistake, I went back to get it corrected. Shockingly, instead of fixing it properly, he made another mistake, showing no understanding of what I had asked for. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, they failed to get the order right. This wasn’t just a one-time slip-up—it was a series of careless and frustrating errors that tested my patience beyond belief.
What’s worse is the complete lack of professionalism and attentiveness. If this is the standard of staff being hired, I genuinely question the hiring and training process at this location. It was clear that they were not only poorly trained but also lacked basic customer service skills.
To top it all off, the manager on duty, Sukhwinder, displayed an unacceptable attitude. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by even acknowledging the issue. Her condescending behavior and lack of accountability were shocking. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, she was dismissive and rude, as if customers don’t deserve to be treated with respect. people like this should not be representing your brand. If this is how your employees handle customer concerns—with carelessness, arrogance, and zero professionalism—then I have every right to report this incident to corporate. Such misbehavior, lack of education, and absence of basic decency are completely unacceptable in any customer-facing job.
