I am disgusted by the way I was treated by the manager of the establishment my order was Mark complete 20 minutes before it arrived the manager when I called to speak to him hung up in my face and told me to keep waiting it's going to be another 5 to 10 minutes and when I got my food it was cold

I visited Domino’s today and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I placed an order for one vegetarian pizza and one non-vegetarian pizza, and I made it very clear to the representative that the vegetarian pizza must not contain any meat. Despite this, he ended up putting chicken on my vegetarian pizza.

When I noticed the mistake, I went back to get it corrected. Shockingly, instead of fixing it properly, he made another mistake, showing no understanding of what I had asked for. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, they failed to get the order right. This wasn’t just a one-time slip-up—it was a series of careless and frustrating errors that tested my patience beyond belief.

What’s worse is the complete lack of professionalism and attentiveness. If this is the standard of staff being hired, I genuinely question the hiring and training process at this location. It was clear that they were not only poorly trained but also lacked basic customer service skills.

To top it all off, the manager on duty, Sukhwinder, displayed an unacceptable attitude. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by even acknowledging the issue. Her condescending behavior and lack of accountability were shocking. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, she was dismissive and rude, as if customers don’t deserve to be treated with respect. people like this should not be representing your brand. If this is how your employees handle customer concerns—with carelessness, arrogance, and zero professionalism—then I have every right to report this incident to corporate. Such misbehavior, lack of education, and absence of basic decency are completely unacceptable in any customer-facing job.

Placed an order on the App. The app said it was delivered and it wasn't. No onf ansers the phone when you call. If you finally get through, they hang up without ever answering.

Do not order here! Order was placed and when driver arrived asked for payment. When I already paid online. Driver said he had to return to store to get correct order. Then they cancelled my order after charging me. Just order Mexican food! I went to Aliberto’s! Spend your money wisely and definitely not at the vallejo dominos! I’m going to have to call my bank to tomorrow.

Worse service yet, Called to reorder the pizza- associate said he never got confirmation and never remade it then expected me to pay for the oldnorder in store with no common courtesy or customer service cancelled my order as if I was the problem- after waiting an hour No food

I ordered medium pizza. Paid extra for stuff crust and white sauce. I got red sauce instead. Call them to let them know there was a mistake no answer. Had to leave message. I am unable to go to drive right now to go to location. Your system sucks. You can talk to someone to order but not if you have a concern. Will not be going back. My first time ordering your pizza in years . Now I remember why I stopped.

The net I tried an order they made it quickly and the surprising thing is the order is delicious the sauce that has the stuffed chili has a delicious authentic flavor

Order food through the app. When checking the tracker it showed driver heading in the completely opposite direction. They marked my delivery as completed even though I never received my order.
