It was my very first visit. I didn't know what in the world to order, so the gentleman who took my order hooked me up. Even gave it to me for free since it was my first time. I went back recently. Honestly, to hell with Starbucks lol, Dutch bros taste better, has better prices, and better customer service hands down!

Was having a bad day and stopped by for a pick me up. A young man (Lupe) took my order and sweetened my day making my order on the house. That was the best part of the day.

I went to get a drink , and my drink tasted like gasoline. I’m not sure if it was the syrups that made it taste like that , but if there was any type of cross contamination that’s not okay. That’s a really serious thing and i would like to speak with the owner personally or with the workers who helped me today.

should be zero stars that I have to have an app to take my personal data in return for a once in a while deal. Do better allow folks to sign up without an app to get the benifits.
Very busy, but they get the orders filled rather quickly. Staff members are great.

First time at Dutch Bros. Pretty popular location, came on a Saturday location and both the drive thru and ordering at the window had lines. Drive thru had 2 lines so it moved relatively quick. They had 2 workers with iPads placing orders at the drive thru and directing cars. I got the Blended Kicker; it was a bit on the sweeter side but it was still good.

It was my birthday, so I stopped here for the Golden Eagle blended drink. It was also my first time, so I didn't know what to expect. It was a drive thru and there was a lot of staff.
Because it was my birthday, the guy in the front sang happy birthday to me. Very nice staff.
The drink was very similar to the Starbucks caramel frappe. I would stop by again to try the other drinks. Wish there was one in SF.
