Absolutely love Dutch and the staff is incredibly friendly here. The reason they do not get full stars is because the line management at this location needs some work. I always wait longer than other Dutch Bros that I stop at, they allow cutting and the orders get confused…. I am hoping with time and better organization they will be on par with other Dutch locations.
I have been to this location a few times, and the drive-through can get long at times with a wait up to 15 minutes in line not too bad compared to other locations. However, the walk-up line is even slower here. I would recommend just waiting in the car. I drove past Dutch Bros yesterday, and the drive-through line was wrapped the building almost to the street entrance. There was 1 person standing at the walk-up window, so I thought it would be faster for me to hop out and order....
Came here for the first time and had an amazing experience. Roe(sp?) was a great host and made us feel like royalty. He went above and beyond for us on our first Dutch Bros experience l.
