First time at El Pollo Loco to try there New $5 Street Corn Pollo Bowl. Good portion size.. it came Hot and Fresh? Did not disappoint❤️it was soo good??. I'll be coming back again for sure to try more of there items

The guacamole was so brown, no avocado dressing was given with the tostada bowl and no fork. How is one suppose to eat rice tostada bowl with their hands?

Food from El Pollo Loco was absolutely terrible. Worst Mexican food I ever had. I will not return. I also requested hot sauce and it was not in my order. I have never had taco's this bad in my life. I'm only giving five star to the service because the lady delivered my food promptly. I definitely would not recommend this place. I travel California and taste tacos in many areas.
Enjoyed the fire roasted chicken. I got a side of mac and cheese and a side of mash with gravy and they were ok
Convenience of location for me to grab some local food...just wonder where the salt is if I wanted salted salsa.
