Tried the super carnitas burrito and the quesa birra tacos. I thought the burrito was dry and the tacos had too much cheese. It was very expensive as well.

I go here when I want to get a quick solid burrito; I get steak or veggie, it all depends on how I am feeling. They are consistent when it comes to the food as well as service. It is a family-owned establishment so the staff is polite and very accommodating with special requests. While I'm in the V, Elvia's will continue to be my go-to spot. Keep up the great work you all.

Visited this Mom and Pop Shop from a recommendation of one of my coworkers. This little hole in the wall has great flavorful food. Although the menu is small the food is great . The customer service is immaculate. My visit was on a Sunday and since this place is right in the corner of Georgia Street in Vallejo they had a farmers market going on as well so it was pretty busy out on the street and the surrounding areas. Elvia's is a takeout only there is no seating outside. However I did see a couple of small tables on the side of another business not sure if you can sit there while you're eating. Nevertheless there's a couple outside not in front of their business, but right next door. I ordered a vegetable the seasoning on it was great fresh vegetables made to order it can't beat that. They also had a couple of our Frescas I decided to go with the Jamaica. It was very good not too sweet not too bitter just right. If I'm ever in Vallejo again I would definitely stop by pay them a visit. Definitely Moe Approved!

I placed a catering order with Elvia's Sazon for a small community event, and we received so many compliments about the food from our attendees. I can't recommend Elvia's enough for the quality of their food and the support they offered me throughout the process. William walked me through my many questions and order adjustments. We worried about having too much leftover food, but people were happy to take food home with them! Thank you to the friendly helpful staff at Elvia's.

I've seen Elvia's on Yelp for a while but never had the chance to go. One fateful day our workplace ended up ordering from them for a birthday celebration. So this review is only for a take-out order. I ordered three different tacos. I believe it was the birria, asada, and shrimp tacos. Presentation wise it's nothing fancy. Keep in mind this is take out. There's a wedge of lime, a slice of carrot, and a slice of radish. More than anything it looked like garnish. The tacos themselves were generous with the proteins but lacked the amount of onions and cilantro I usually see with other taco places. A little bit of both would have added a nice popping contrast in color. Taste wise was wonderful! My favorite of the three was the shrimp taco. I would have been even happier with myself if I had ordered three shrimp tacos. Three tacos was enough to have me feeling very full. Each taco was around $2.50-$3.00 each. So for less than $10 it was a very fulfilling lunch.

Thank you to the chef omg! He heard me ordering I said I can have seeds in my food. I said it’s ok to put Jalepenos. I ordered shrimp nachos ! Yummy !I said yea I pick them off he took the seeds off. What’s thought for chef amazing food also ! Gracias muy amable y muy rico la comida !!

This amazing restaurant has great food and the service is always so sweet and fast. The place plays music outside on some days and it brings a beautiful ambience to the Vallejo lunch rush. I always get full off the food and happy to shop the local food restaurants

Better than any Mexican food I have had in Vallejo, including the great spots like La Joya and Tacos Jalisco, etc.Prices are what one would expect at a newly opened place in a downtown area. Even if it is Vallejo. Unfortunately, expect to pay more than usual but still less than the big nearby cities. The main drawback of this place is the lack of seating. It is to go only. It would be great if they could put seating out front. I believe it would highly benefit the amount of business they get.
