The place itself was not the best and they seem to be running out of foods and the food that were still there was cold or old. The foods were only replaced when its gone. Only reason I'm giving this place a higher than normal rating is a good customer service from one of their employees. Which made the experience a little more then enjoyable.
Before moving to ohio in 2008 I would be a regular customer. Every weekend id be here. Food is still good but the place looks so runned down and outdated, after coming back 13 years later.
Food was cold, selections were limited probably due to covid. The facility is in desperate need of an upgrade. Very dated. Dirty signs, decor, and table condiments.Patrons not wearing masks either so that is always concerning, especially in food service.New item featured was vege tempura (broccoli and sweet potato).
