Never coming back to this place. The food is good, but the people who work here do not care and they are rude. Especially the young girl who works at the front counter. Its bad enough they dont make accommodations online so you have to call and at least 5 times this girl will purposely mess my order up after I spent over $50. So if you dont want your wings missing or them giving you blue cheese( im allergic) instead of ranch and nasty attitudes go spend your money where its valued and appreciated.

Fire Wings advertises deals and items that they don’t honor. What was promoted on the menu/signage was suddenly “not valid” at checkout today with no clear disclaimer. Was told by an employee a few days ago that the 20 for $20 would be available Super Bowl Sunday. That was a lie..in fact all specials that were posted all over the store were removed from view today. That’s misleading and frustrating. Customers shouldn’t have to argue for what’s advertised. Won’t be returning.

Dinner and a movie? Wide open wing spot that also serves Buffalo fries. Dined in and ordered 2 plates of buffalo fries. Had multiple tvs with the game, news and movies on. Got a 2 for 1 special with the new Superman and then the goated Batman right after. Was ready to order another plate just to keep watching. Only 2 staff members and they killed it.

So today was my first time eating food I had DoorDash from fire wings. I got 20 wings with three flavors only 1 flavor of the wings which was the chili flavored ones were hot. The lemon peppers were warm and the Cali rub ones were warm and I got garlic fries. The fries had no garlic on them at all. I took a picture and the fries also tasted like day before fries where they heated them up they weren’t fresh. They weren’t hot And I don’t know what they were. I’m really disappointed because I usually don’t eat at places that my kids haven’t eaten that before. This experience will a rememberable one I’ll never eat fire wings again and in total with the amount I pay for food and DoorDash it was $49.00 that’s what I get for wanting to try something different, instead of cooking it myself. Oh, and I have to say that my DoorDash was was awesome!

At around 4:30-5:40 a girl (my receipt says Valeria) took my order and seemed like she wanted to speed through my order getting my flavors wrong, there was 2 people in our party and she completely ignored the others claiming we said we were done ordering, when actually she just wasn’t paying attention. I tried to spell out my name to help her out but she cut me off and said “yeah, I know how to spell it” in a condescending tone. She was pretty rude, I think she noticed we picked up on her attitude and switched up, she TRIED acting kind. I actually was willing to accept she’s just having an off day but then they missed an entire meal. When they called my name I was given 1 bag assuming everything is in there right?? So I had to come all the way back from home and when I let the employees know, they just stared and dropped the order down in front of me like I’m the one who forgot? Such a shame because the food is actually good but the employees make the experience so bad.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Sunday Aug17 from 4:30ish - 5:40 I was helped by a little girl who took our order and was being dismissive and rude to us, when we gave a name for our order she even tried correcting the spelling of OUR name?? Being aloof, not paying attention to the flavors we chose and putting her fingers in our cup with her long nails in them… she assumed we completed our order and charged us and we were in-fact NOT done and replied in an extremely passive aggressive tone and tried to play at being nice after. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt as we also work in customer service but when our order was handed to us incomplete not even an apology was given just a dead pan stare from the staff. Guys, you cant be rude AND not do your job well.. they probably don't care if I say i’d never be back but I can already tell by the demeanor that they don't care about anything at all.

Hands down my favorite place to get wings and garlic fries! Both are the right kind of crispy, while not dried out on the inside. All the flavors we've tried are amazing. My favorite flavors are the Thai Chili, Mango Jalapeno, and Lemon Pepper. Even their celery and carrots sticks are great; crispy juicy and refreshing. I will recommend this spot all day everyday! (Keep in mind you probably shouldn't eat fried foods that often but you know what I mean.) Oh they also have a great selection of music mostly R&B, HipHop, and Pop music from the 90's which I can really appreciate.
It's not cheap but the prices are fair for how good the food is.
The only thing I miss is that they used to have a select variety of juices to choose from next to their soft drinks machine but recently got rid of it. (I don't know why.) Please bring that back.
All that aside, as I said earlier, this is my favorite place for wings and garlic fries hands down! I'm so happy it's here in Vallejo. 👍🏽
